Before I get to the end I'm going to say it is science. He creates static while rubbing the firecracker on the other's heads and clothes, then he sprays perfume(which contains alcohol and is flammable), then he wraps it up in the paper. I think that the paper traps the static and perfume, so when he lights the firecracker, because the paper is hot and melting(and the static probably creates a spark), it continuously gives heat to the alcohol, which causes it to stay lit while in the water because the paper trapped the static and alcohol to the firecracker. This is just my opinion :)

This is a fairly common science experiment. There are quite a lot of videos on youtube where people have sparklers burning underwater ! It is true that oxygen is needed for combustion, but sparklers contain their own oxidizer which provides oxygen instead of getting oxygen from the air. As a result, they are able to burn even when they are placed in an environment where oxygen is absent. Another example is a rocket engine, these can work even in space where there is no oxygen. The KAIST guy's sparklers went out, because the heat from the other sparklers burnt away the protective plastic. However the one that kept going reignited the other sparklers !

The tank may be made of glass but it doesn't create reflection.. (It's just my opinion though because we have a fish tank and I noticed that our tank doesn't reflect the water inside)
