😭😭😪 I probably ended up selling it off already this past week, we’ll see if I did or didn’t pretty sure I did end up selling it. Last time I thought I could’ve sold a card like that someone commented on I got lucky and still had it so potentially. But regardless whoever ends up finding it if anything just got a good deal on it hopefully :)
Wanted to update: I ended up finding it just now, was on a family trip when you said this but got back and when I was rested up decided to try to look a tiny bit. Ended up still having it :) I appreciate you for commenting and letting me know about the hockey card! Super clutch usually hockey stuff is way out of my realm, I used to look every single card up but now I get way too many cards in to do that or I would never be able to sell anything
Can you make a video on how to start a whatnot and how to sell on whatnot and about the taxes on whatnot?
Uhmm what about how to start selling on whatnot? And usually taxes are a little gray area topic because you don’t ever wanna tell anyone something about taxes if you aren’t a licensed accountant

In like what aspects? Like just in general how to be successful on whatnot? Because in all honesty the little amount of money I would make on making a video about how to be successful on whatnot, I’d earn tenfold by making a mentorship program or something of the sort to teach how to be successful on the platform. Which is something in the future I want to do potentially, so it’s more or less counterproductive for me to do something of that sort, though I do drop knowledge and tips every now and then in videos that I’ve uploaded and will in the future, but the big thing is I’d make like $10 or so if I’m lucky in ad revenue

@ like I said I drop them every now and then in my videos and im sure I’ve said a lot of things to help out, but probably wouldn’t just simply drop a ton of tips back to back together.
People are forced to be jerks with sticker prices because if anyone ever priced all their cards at actual market value no one will paay that. It becomes the i need room bro conversation
Yup.. it’s just back and forth. There are some dealers that are like that. Not a bad thing, it just may be harder to get customers when even they make a bulk lot and the seller is still on sticker price for all.. I’ve had dealers back out on me a couple times because “I was getting too good of a deal”. This hobby can suck sometimes lol
@furbyslay4857 it's all stupid...i just price my.stuff fairly at the start, comp close to sale time and tell them. I know the comps i know the sales. That is my price
@ that’s how it should be. Every once in a while you get a dealer that doesn’t know what they have… sometimes in a bad way.
Customers will still ask for what's your best price lol...I label and price all my cards....so I look at them like...u stupid? 🤣🤣🤣
I mean it’s really one of those things, very little people who are going to be buying the 20,000+ cards in a single weekend like me on a consistent basis are going to ever actually pay that full sticker price, it really just doesn’t make any sense for me to do that. Sure a card could sell for $5 but I’m not paying that if you list and sell it on eBay and you get 80% or less of the sell automatically let alone if it’s a $5 card and you are being stingy over $2 in the long run you lose out on more deals, business opportunities, and repeat business by not actually giving resellers or people like me will will buy everything and anything at the right price every single time they can.
