Billy and I weren't even planning on going fishing last Saturday, but decided on the last second send and planned on only throwing bigger swimbaits. Really stoked on the outcome and it's been fun playing around with the bigger baits. Hope you guys enjoyed, let me know in the comment section down below if you'd like to see more!

Having fished multiple s in different sizes and colors, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 this is by far my favorite. One thing to be aware of is the sided willow blade. One side is silver and the other is the green/orange shown. This is not bad, just unconventional. In terms of fishing, I have found the lure works just fine without a tail like a craw or shad. That addition is up to you. Also, the hook part where you attach the swivel snap or tie the line is a problem on baits these days, since it's able to slide up and down. However this lure seems to be tight enough that that doesn't happen often, and you can solve it by putting a thin slice of medical tube over the hook before attaching the line. Like others have said, it's really magic on a good windy day.
Those phoneyfrogs are insane looking. I don't care if I never catch anything on it, just watching it swim back is good enough for me!
If it don’t catch anything than I don’t want it who cares about the swim back it’s not about that it’s about catching the fish in the first place
It’s called fishing man. Not catching. Some of us get enjoyment of just being out there. Catching em is a plus.
Oh god. Covid is turning me into one of those Food TV watchers who salivates over Rachel Rays cooking, but never tries it for themselves. The early morning dew, the chill in the air after an over night rain, the launch... I am vicariously living through your fishing trips and all the excitement i used to have when I was a club angler.
Really cool that you actually bought and detailed a van for your youtube fishing channel. You're investing big time in your channel and I respect that. Keep hooking them PIGS!
You two are the Big Bass Fish Whisperer for this damn lake, it keeps kicking my butt every time. Glad for these videos knowing that one time I'll run into one of those hawgs.
Loved this video SB. Some big Donks! I’m local to the nova area, so I appreciate the amount of time and work you put into these vids. Great info and very informative. Thanks ! Keep it up!
Great Day! I know the patience it takes to throw giant swimbaits. Awesome!! Thanks!
Hey Sb i just was fishing a couple days ago at a lake and i was telling myself “im gonna only fish my googan jig on a baitcaster” because i had never caught a fish on a jig with a baitcaster. after a while... boom a 3 pounder whacked my jig on a rocky bank and it was such a satisfying feeling. i then afterwards caught another bass and a “little”smallie. it was a half ounce juicee jig with a krackin craw. i really agree with that when you said if you wanna learn a method and get used to a rod just fish that and only that. great vid man!
Hi Bro
H
That’s why I love fishing, endless challenges
a 3/8 ike jig black and green with a rage craw is my favorite bait. Best thing is when you make a cast at a dock and within half a second you see your line either running to the side or you get your pole yanked from your hands
Yeah I lost that
Damn Matt all I can say is WOW!! Big Fish Lake + Big Fish Baits gets you 1.2 Million views and counting!! 🔨🎣 🔥
Sick vid brotha...Keep them coming...
In a tournament that's all you need great videos thanks
Wow, just WOW!!! That's a showing!... Shying away from big swim baits is pretty easy --- Now with this evidence, how can ya not throw 'em, huh? --- That was sick dude! A shout out to Billy! Be Safe

Your videos are awesome man keep it up bro 🤙🏾🤙🏾
I love it I caught my first big swim bait fish yesterday on the 8in bamf Shad
Another good session, with some terrific big swimbaits. Thank you.
As a former fishing guide and lifelong fisherman, I just hope that viewers heard loud and clear what you strongly recommended at 40 seconds into the video, i.e., the best way to REALLY learn a type of lure (like large soft swimbaits) is to fish nothing else during a given trip on the water. In my experience, anglers who continually switch lures learn virtually NOTHING about the fish they're targeting OR the baits they're throwing! And that's just as true for me as it is for anyone else.
New brother fishing Man kkkk
Congratulettions for vídeo fishing Very Very Nice.
Some big bass.Great video
Nice video bro. I definitely need to take one rod with a Texas rig or a jig exclusively to build confidence with the baits. I KNOW they work they've just never worked for me. I find it so hard to put the senko/frog combo down lol especially when they work so well. This video definitely inspired me tho. So thanks for it!! 😎👊🤘🤘🤘🎣
Good ol' Manny I’ve fished different things before then I tried the t rig and I can’t put it down it’s so effective all year long for me.
@@alexaguilar5433 ya I definitely have to start using it way more. 👍👍
Great idea about using one or two lures till you learn how to use it
Where was the lake? Awesome video man!
more of this!!! i got a bunch of cool bait suggestions if interested. nice work.

What a beast.
Great vid man👍love these videos of just fishing big baits!!!
I live in NJ and am planning a few trips, but want to start with a couple not too far. Are you fishing the Occoquan in this video? If not, if you don't mind, can you let me know where you are? I love to throw big baits and I'd like to go somewhere that they tend to do well. Love your content and really appreciate all your tips and advice. Tight lines!!
Nice catch!
Awesome video I'm going swimbait fishing tomorrow morning and this video has me pumped lol👍👍🔥
Ok, I want a Supreme SBFishing hoodie. That's all. That's the comment.
Getting the website and more merch ready!
Matt when this corona is all over me and you go head to head
Corona is always going to be a thing, we can’t live our lives in fear forever. We are committing economic death over this.

LIT!! Lets Fish sometime If you ever come to florida !
God job captain👍👍👍
I have that exact Swiss Army knife
Великолепная рыбалка. Красавцы парни!!!
Is there a trick to throwing floro on a Curado? I have no issues on Lew’s reels, but bird-nest constantly on Curado. I can only throw braid on my Curado! And tips on dialing in? Ty
im using a international breamslide same reel, but on a kvd lews 7’10 medium action moderate, the tip bends a little more then id like it to and i can feel it in my forearms, biggest rod i seen around me is a 7’11 mojo bass which i could pick up but im not sure what to get to throw giant swimbaits, all the rods are 200+
Nice videos fishing ,,I like it👍
Tanks 💪💪
アメリカは素晴らしい場所なり。
Awesome video bro
Great Video as usual
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the bite
I miss fishing there! Anyways, super jealous, but it’s great seeing the fish are still healthy there.
Where is it
Great vid! I love throwing my big swimbaits and glides. I got a new vatalion 190 that's huge! Im working for a double on it this year down here in Florida. Who makes that shad style black and blue glide? Did you call it a phony frog?
Hello! Is this the 765cb? Thanks
Nice to meet you from indonesia angler 👍👍👍
Dude, I’m at camp in wv, so take it with a grain of salt, but I watched this vid. You either wear giant hats or you have a freakishly small head. (I got skunked today. Again.) cheers mate!😂⛺️🔥🥃
What pound test line do u use ? Been having issues using braid snapped off a few times maybe because there’s no stretch
Even Wes Borland chasing some bass nowadays. LOL.
I seen you were using a Cashion Rod what are your experiences and what do you think of them?
I’ve been throwing frogs on my 765 flip because it launches them a little farther than the 735
How is it that this has so many views and so little comments and likes? Come on people give him some love!
Sweet vid. Love the big bait session
Big fish
I’ve seen you guys on my lake for the past week. Hook me up with a back seat! Any luck over on the chopawamsic?
Also there’s a hidden gem if you have base access. It’s through back woods of base.
E rnando
Fernando
Matt, seeing your van in behind you made me think....When will be SBFishing’s 5th Anniversary? If it hasn’t past, are ya planning something special to celebrate?
Hi love your videos
Awesome🐟
Absolute MONSTERS!!
Have you tried the Savage Gear 3D 8" line- through swimbaits? I got a monstah pike on one a couple days ago. Definitely a great bait for large bass, pike and muskie.
Wow nice video
Good luck
Dude I love watching your videos man . Good content and I like the Jon boat tourneys . Keep it up dude and if your ever around north Idaho hit me up
More big baits please!
Ptfjkfgo
Awesome!!
Throw some tips out on big swimbait fishing. And dont forget about us bank fisherman.
Awesome vid
👍👍👍 god job broo...
Love throwing big swimbaits!
Ha! Big baits = Big fish! Use to use 10 inch worms and Norman DD 22 crankbaits on the "Rez." The 22's dove to 20 feet. Use to crank the deep points and creek channels and caught some hugh fish! Used the 10 inch worms just up from fountain head at the old damn. In front of it, all the way across to the other side! M🤟😜
= expensive snags
@@sdriza You have to get a “lure retriever.” It’s a piece of lead with loops on it, tied to like 30 feet of rope. Otherwise known as a “ plug knocker.” You run it down your line to the snagged crank bait and bang it a couple of times. It becomes dislodged, and the hooks snag on the loops. Then you just pull it back up with the rope. If you do a lot of crank baiting, it pays for itself the first couple o times you use it. It only cost like $10. Soft plastics are “Texas Rigged,” so they hardly ever snag.🤙😎🎣🎣
Are your FHBC tournaments back yet?
Sick man! I've been throwin s wavers and bullshads but have yet to get one, a couple follows but that's it, Great video
I just started throwing an s waver this spring and I have had great success on it even on great night bites. I just real it slow with a quick pull about every 10 reels.
@@alextownsend3264 I'll give that a shot, headed to the river this evening
