If you're looking for a realtor here, Elise is excellent. She guided us through the buying process and her experience, knowledge of the market and customer service were top notch. You will not regret it.

Good video, Elise. Elise was our realtor, and we went with another 55+ community, and couldn't be more happy. Elise is wonderful, especially if you are new to the area, at finding the most suitable new home for you.

You said $165 HOA??? 🤣🤣🤣 almost $176 for home owners and $200 + $176 for townhomes and now with assessment you need to ad to homeowners another $125 and also townhomes HOA went up with assessments and townhomes residents ending up with almost $600 HOA IN THE MONTH !😭😭😭

Single family homeowners pay $207 monthly as of today and townhome owners pay the $208+sub-HOA (which maintains the front and rear landscaping, roofing, and exterior of the home). The sub-HOA typically runs between $150-$300 depending on which sub-association you are located in (there are dozens within Sun City Summerlin). The single family homes definitely make more sense for someone who does not mind the maintenance involved and who do not want to pay the additional HOA fee. Thank you for taking the time to share. :)
