- TATA Nano Condenser FAN Change
So guys finally my Tata Nano AC is back to normal. Thanks to CarDrift. The main problem was the condenser fan it was almost dead because it sometimes works with way lesser its speed. And after installing the brand new Condenser Fan of tata nano the AC works awesome and the fan speed is fast really fast.
So to replace the Tata Nano Condenser fan we need to open up the front bumper and also the condenser itself from the chassis it is held by 2 bolts and a cover with some bolts and screw after removing those only then you guys can access the condenser fan it is held onto to condenser by some clips. One just needs to undo them to free the condenser fan from the condenser itself.
I tried to show you guys as much as possible under 10 minutes to get an idea on to get the condenser fan out...

Hello Amul, i also own tata nano 2011. is tata nano condenser fan start immediately once start AC or after some time. My AC is not cooling . not sure if its a AC GAS problem or any other problem

Brother I recently got to know that it will cost somewhere around 25000 rs. But i am not too sure to retrofit it because of the workmanship we get. So agar acha hai aapke wahan ka tata service center and if you are ok with the cost so get it done bhai...

How much price for compressor
The enamel coating on copper wire winding is so thin , it wears out & gets short. Hence motor fails. Now a days all are built to work till warranty
Yeah man but in this particular case the fan lasted for about 7.3 years which is awesome i guess. And that too for a nano part is just amazing. 😊😊

Mujhe 2200 ka pada condenser fan. When it stops working it cools for sometime and then cooling stops. Because when gas goes in coil it gets heated so needs cooling

Bhai, meri nano ki engine check light blink karti rehti hai, tata work shop par scan karaya tha car ko lekin jese hi 5 6 km waha se nikale to again blink karne lagi.

Brother scan karaya tha toh error code kya bataya scanner ne. Car mein kuch problem hoga tabhi light aa rhi hai. Khaali reset karne se temporary hi band hoti hai and problem solve karne par permanently...

Bhai blower fan ki speed and air flow baaki cars ke compare me Kam hai nano me koi jugaad taaki accha air flow mil sake .. last service me sab karwa Liya ac me par koi maje wali baat ab b nahi hai ac me .. aur Aisa car purchase karne ke pehele din se hai infact Datsun go air eon ka flow jyada batter nano se
Brother aapki car mein ho sakta hai koi blockage ho ya blower mein problem ho. Get AC filter clean. Because meri nano ka air flow toh zabardast hai 3 level par jaane ki bhi zaroorat hi nhi padti. Get it checked from other service centre or check other nano.

Mere AC ka cooling nahi ho raha hai.. Picche se engine ki garam hawa ati hai... par koi engine heating ka alert vagaira nahi ata.. oil, coolent, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter bhi abhi abhi naya dala hai...

Brother ac ka unit engine se separate hota hai. And engine toh jab chalega tab garam toh hoga hi and heating problem toh tab aati hai jab engine overheat ho. And for ac just follow Technical Rajurn s comment and ho sakta hai total kaam na karna pde kuch aur cheezon ka fault ho jaise in my case khaali condenser fan ka issue tha...;😊😊

Condenser Fan Stopped Working then i repair it self and it costs only 10 ₹ for carbon brush

i have a maruti 800 ac 2009 model puri ki puri geniune hai aaj tak gaadi pe chabi tak nhi lagi aur 110000 Kms Chl chuki hai.Nano mai choti moti dikkat aati rehti hai isliye ye chl nhi payi alto ya 800 ki tarah
Brother ab main kehne ko toh kaafi kuch keh sakta hu but i will only talk about facts. So here we go Nano actually alto se zada reliable and cheap to maintain hai parts are very cheap compared to alto and quality is superior because maine alto chalayi bhi hai and sell bhi ki hai kaafi saal pehle. And 800 ka scene hi alag hai kyuki wo bhot se logo ki first car thi jab Indian car scene shuru hi hua tha toh usse unko bhot zada attachment thi toh wo usko kuch ho ne nhi dete the and mostly thi bhi carburettor and electricals bhi na k barabar hi the toh kuch kharab hone layak tha nhi car mein isiliye chal jati thi. Baaki meri car ka video dekh k keh rhe ho ye baat toh koi dikkat nhi. 7.5 saal baad agar 1 fan kharab ho bhi gya toh i can live with that.

Uska reason hai logo ka jootha status. India mein log car ko status value ki tarah dekhte hai car ki tarah nhi. Bhot se log saari zindagi 2 wheeler pe bita lenge ya fir bhot hi bekar si second hand car lelenge but brand new nano nhi. Just because of their fake status and fake prestige.

Bhai nano ka 60k mein kaafi sahi model mil jayega at least 2014 twist model and alto toh shayad Iss budget mein aaye hi na agar aayegi bhi toh bhot hi purani. And i recommend nano over alto anyday because maintenance kam hai, space alto se kaafi zada hai and aur bhi kyi advantages. And alto ka main advantage bas 3 cylinder engine hai wo bhi negligible hi hai. 😊
