    Riders, welcome back to Sam Bikes you know we only talk ebikes and Today, we will be discussing my top picks for Enduro SL EMTBs in 2024. But first, let's define what an Enduro SL is. In my opinion, it must weigh less than 20kg, otherwise, it would fall under the category of a fully powered Trail or Enduro Electric mountain bike. If you're interested in either of those categories, please check out the links provided here.

    To qualify as a super light enduro electric mountain bike for 2024, the bike must have over 155 millimetres of rear travel. If a bike has less than 155 millimetres of rear travel, it would be classified as a trail superlight electric mountain bike. If you're interested in the latter category, please watch the video below.

    I’ve been riding mine for the last month. I really like it. It’s definitely an Enduro bike. It’s not perfect. There was definitely a short shakedown period. I don’t have a huge frame of reference in terms of SL style bikes but I’d take this over the Kenevo SL any day of the week. The Fazua Ride 60 system is excellent. The 430wh battery gives the bike great range. For what I paid the spec is incredible. Transition’s giddy up linkage does make a very long travel bike feel surprisingly poppy. The geo is comfortable. It’s the best climbing SL that I’ve been on.

    I've owned 8 EMTBs and the Kenevo SL is my favorite... with that being said, I wanted a seat tube angle update and something that can hold a 180+mm dropper. Fix that and its perfect

    Most of these brands, except for the Kenevo, aren't easy to find in the US. It seems the SL category has taken off much faster in the EU, as well as the overall acceptance of eMTB..

    • @SamsBikes
      @SamsBikes  4 месяца назад +2

      Yep it seems you can only get Kenevo SL and the Transition Relay which is not a bad thing they would be my top 1&2 picks

    The Kenevo SL has the best looking frame design IMO. Now that it has more power I would consider it as a top choice. But.....imagine if Specialized could bump it to a full power motor.

    • @SamsBikes

      Yep the Kenevo SL wins in the looks department but on the trails wow 🤩

    I love the look of some of the lesser known brands, but a lot of them are difficult to find a dealer that can service and repair them unless you happen to live closer to a big city. For the rest of us, we're limited to the bigger brands like spesh and trek. These bikes DO fail and i want to be close to someone who's going to fix it, and quickly
