I really need to get my body back to a point where I'm happy with myself in the mirror🙄.. not even just a summer thing but an all the time (well most of the time) thing!
I know the feeling. My body reacts immediately if I get off the right path so I have to evaluate what I've been doing differently. Maybe try switching out one thing for a healthier alternative.
For those of you who suffer from very painful cramps, a spoon full of coconut oil will diminish the cramps. Also, If you tend to get extra emotional (like me lol) then taking a magnesium supplement will dramatically lessen the mood swings. These are my go to for anytime my period sneaks up.
Loradonna Johns I’ve never tried the coconut oil hack, thanks girl. I’ve found that the cleaner I eat- my cramping is reduced! Also, I use a menstrual cup and that change or even organic, unscented, unbleached tampons and pads help with cramping. OH and the cherish pads reduces my period to 3 days instead of 5 😌
@@TkeyahB yep clean food helps so much. I was taught all that in school but 3 months ago i wanted to experiment and eat like nobody's business. Never again 😂😂😭.
Sis said her appetite goes DOWN on her period?? Lol okay she's an exceptional case, nothing I do will apply... i'll stay looking pregnant 😂😂. But this video did inspire me to bike to work! #smallwins 🤣

At a certain point I had to realize that the mind/body craves what it’s currently getting and all you have to do is train it girl. But Yass to biking thats incredible 🤧

This video came at the perfect time. I’m currently on my period and I realised that my tummy becomes more bloated just before my period. Never heard of drinking chlorophyll before, will definitely do my research on it. I’m currently 6 months postpartum, I’ve lost 75% of the weight I gained, just working on getting my flat tummy back then I’ll be satisfied. I enjoy doing yoga, can’t cycle because of the city I live in , Lagos.
Tuke Morgan wow congratulations that’s incredible! You should also check out the female reproductive tea by zentanical. I’m in love with that tea especially before, during and after my cycle. Yoga has helped me with digestion and detox as well 😌

Thank youu! I think it's more so about the food choices than the number of times you eat. I snack on fruit and cucumbers etc all throughout the day and it doesn't do any harm you know. Glad you're recognizing what you want to change though girl :)

Plus since i have to stay at home, boredom makes me hungry between meals. What i mean is that im in a state when i’m always craving and snacking but i also don’t move that much ! thanks a lot for the tips ! i also think that what you eat is more important when it comes to bloating!

Great video!! Abs are the biggest issue. I just completed the 1st week of T25 with beach body, it's no joke, but its 25 mins a day. More than doable. I am juicing or I pick up a juice for breakfast made of veggies like Kale and fruits/ginger. Trying to eat clean and drink green teas. Try to make sure I eat grapefruit. Salads for lunch, lean chicken with veggies, cutting down on meat though etc.. Cheat meals are pizza. Not too bad. I need to incorporate Yoga.
