Girl u just know how to grip the hair with the tips of your fingernails and have those nails pull lighly on the hair and have it sound so crisp and just UGH!! relaxing and sends tingles all through me! @@pornesianparrapio3457 they got caught and forced to pay refunds because they were selling private medical information from their users and most therapists that work there aren't even qualified or supervised anyway - just off the top of my head. look into it ! it was a mess when it came out a couple of years ago
@@Missatomicbommb a couple of years ago it came out that it's full of unqualified therapists bc no one's checking them and that they're illegally selling patient information or something along those lines - look it up
I like the lighting but in my opinion I think it would be even more beneficial to do even lower lighting and maybe a cool tone color in the background. Or red because research shows that red light doesn’t disturb sleep.

I found a therapist I like through BetterHelp 🤷♀️ so I don’t see a problem recommending this form of therapy for people who might find it helpful
