I’ve used in excess of 20 of these bombs and find it’s better to put it straight in the pond, not the filter. I have separate small bio balls for that in a netted bag, also made my Evolution Aqua and put them in the filter with water changes or when treating for blanket weed etc, when the filter bio takes a hit. Chuck it in the middle of the pond and give it a few days 👍
