The Bible teaches true Christianity is being made a new Creation in Christ. Galatians 2:20. When we are made new, we have a new heart and desires that motivates us to live out what God has worked in. There are many people who are moral and do good but do not have Life. Jesus did not die to make bad people good, but to make dead people alive. Thank you for sharing. I love CS Lewis in the sense that he has helped me to see things in a special way and has helped me to think more deeply. I agree how Christian apologists need to truly understand the Gospel. I have been so heartbroken after having invested in schooling from a very prominent late apologist who I now believe did not know the Gospel. It is tragic and sad for so many. Without the Gospel we have nothing, no matter how learned and eloquent someone may be. God chose the foolishness of preaching and His ways confound the wise. Jesus is all in all.
