It was an absolute pleasure meeting the lads and thanks to everyone for your lovely comments regarding the Ukraine family that stayed at my home. Even after they left the boys sent the little girl a lovely gift
Thanks again lads
Regards
Oh hi kind human. You are doing a great job. Blessings 🙌
You're a class act man. Blessings to you and yours.
You're a gem Shane. Love over fear. We need more people like you in the world.
Fair play to ya shane you did galway proud and same surname as me up the Kings lol
You are an awesome human! Much love your way from the US!
Tristan pulling out the flue as the guy is singing. Amazing.
Hey Daniel :) Nice to see you enjoying good content too !

It's not a flute! It's a tin whistle
As an Irishman born and bred, this video makes my heart swell. The land of a thousand welcomes isn't just a catchy tourist nickname. It's Ireland at its core. We treat every visitor as if they're family. As a nation of only 4 million Irish man and woman, it truly brings me joy to see the positive affect with have with people from all over the world.
*6 million
I would absolutely LOVE to visit Ireland one day. This makes me excited!!!
@@cianw2942 it is not
@@cianw2942 There isn't 6 million Irish men and women, but hey, you be that guy.
@Black Lesbian Poet you can stay at mine, any day ❤☘
The Irish man housing the Ukrainian mother and daughter is one of a kind. We should all have that mentality.
Oh wow that’s a lot of likes ❤️ you all!
legend
Thank you for your kind words
And he's not the only one. Thousands of people have offered up rooms and homes all over Ireland for those fleeing the War. So proud of my people!
I work with the guy who housed the Ukrainians 😁
surprisingly or not its actually had a huge uptake over here, many families over here are involved in foreign exchange programmes so often have a spare bedroom and since the pandemic they have been put on pause and in place people have been taking in entire families. There is still a lot of built up anger here since being under British rule for so long and as a result of the Russian invasion most feel we can relate and want to help where they can
As an American living in Galway for the past 6 months, Irish hospitality is another breed of kindness. Truly. 🥰🥰
They're the kindest people I've ever met
@Black Lesbian Poet I thought that was an American phrase? I think it means, you get what you give.
Every Irish person in this video was so kind and hospitable, everyone was genuinely lovely!
I love how one team is always like "i bet the others dont have such a great experience" and then cut to the other team, and both have an amazing time... like it shows that its not just a "coinincidental one time experience" but everybody can have that
This editor saga is hilarious with beautiful adventures, y'all always brings a smile on my face.
Completely agree, so fun to watch
It’s actually a tin whistle! A lot of us here learn to play in primary school 🇮🇪🇮🇪
Can we give a huge round of thanks to Gabriella. She literally dropped them at their doorstep!!

Gabriella is not real. Actor
the man with Ukrainian refugees sure got everyones heart. Truly a good man.
many would say that man is rich or posh based on the size of his house out the country side but he brought 4 strangers in to his house to feed that day. thats a true man
@@___blaggard999___8 100
He really made me proud to be Irish. That is what we’re all about
Kinda sus tho
We need more people like Gabriella! She picked up 2 strangers after dark to give them a ride home, not close by, literally home. Mad respect!
Literally man, she is such a gem of a person ❤️
Unfortunately nope, I live in the village they got stranded in (Rochfortbridge, Westmeath) and she picked them up in Lucan on the edge of Dublin, 40mins away from where they "gave up" :/
@@ConnorHoey Lovely town Rochfortbridge, mad they came as far as Lucan to resume
Epic!!! How both teams ended up at someone house. It's like you plan this shit?!?!
It is Ireland, though. Believable ! Irish People rock !
It’s wasn’t planned I picked them up at the side off the road
@@shaneking4770 100% it just seems they have good luck allllll the time. Lol. I'm just jaded I suppose. I'm from Newfoundland which is basically a smaller Ireland so I get that people there are really that nice. Same way here. Just amazes me still when people are kind all over the world.
The amount of trust people have in strangers, whether giving them a lift or catching a ride. I think I've watched too many crime and murder mysteries...
No it’s just parts of Europe are like that… the US is not lol
This video is fake. Someone posted a comment breaking it down and it got deleted.
@@othagrl this video is not fake… YesTheory has been around for ages and makes quality content

That's the kind of mentality i hope everyone had in life along with unbound optimism.
Words can't describe how good these videos are! Truly a work of art!
I'm Ukrainian, and this video made me cry. Irish people are so amazing.
The man who took in the Ukrainian family has an earth-shatteringly beautiful heart. To recognize one’s immense privilege and then act with it to aid others is such an amazing thing. It breaks my heart to think of that beautiful girl - who wouldn’t take a $2 bill - sheltering in a bunker away from bombs. No one deserves that. I hope Yes Theory considers aiding that family and other Ukrainians with the money made from this video. As said in the video, “We don’t realize how good we truly have it.”
Yeah she was so sweet
Wow people in Ireland are extremely nice and welcoming. I want to visit it someday.
Please do
Yes it's lovely here
13:00 “this must be the weirder things of the 2 things that are happening right now” Tommy becomes a shepherd. Honestly though I think the fact that both these experiences are happening at the same time is amazing
Haven’t watched yet. But I just want people to know how happy I am to see cam again. His energy is simply amazing. If you see this cam, Just know we miss seeing your face man! I’m sure I’m not alone here haha
Love Cam!
Super love him! His energy is contagious

Hugely appreciated wow 😍😍😍
@@CamPeddle super hot, funny as fuck aussie man .Yeah, we dig.
Bro these vids are just getting better and better
Honestly yeah
This video is in the top favourite of mine. You guys met so many nice people. And that guy that took in the Ukrainian family is doing a wonderful thing And it seems like an awesome person
I was worried about how this channel will perform after the 3 main leads would eventually reduce their screen time but I'm happy to say that everyone else on the team got that same energy to them which makes you stick till the end. Great experience boys, enjoyed it.
Love seeing Yes theory filming in Ireland and getting to see outside of Dublin and real Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪
Aye pity they didn't go up North though, that's where you'll find the true Irish, not you Free Staters ;)
@@OnlyFlans42 true Irish? you mean British? /s
"Enjoy life because we're only passing through." Emotional.
The Irish have been going up in my respect list, and videos like this further emphasise it.
When they bumped into the Ukrainian refugees, that part got me 😭
I love that you guys didn´t just race to the end but also took the time to get to know the people on the way and see the way they lived. I´ve lived in Ireland for a while and seeing this makes me want to get back. The Irish are such warm and friendly people!
I got a scholarship and lived there for 8 months. Now I’m back in my country 🇵🇦 but I miss Ireland 🇮🇪. You visited all the places I visited! I almost cried remembering those moments. Great video!
Which city u like the most , how abiut poeple are they friendly im fron new zeland.

Did you visit cork?
“We don’t know how good we have it we really don’t do you gotta enjoy life because we’re only passing through” What an amazing guy
Honestly watching Yes Theory/Seek Discomfort is so dangerous for me because I get all hyped up and enthusiastic about trying new things and getting out of my comfort zone, and then I have to remind myself that I am a young woman and hitchhiking by myself is probably one of the most dangerous things I could do. Rip
I feel you! I don't think I'd be able to hitchhike, it's more dangerous for women 😅
The Rip at the end got me
Yeah right!
yeah but then again... what are the odds, maybe just take a friend with you
@@buttercup3248what are the odds???? Too high to risk my friend, way to high to risk. I don’t wanna get trafficked and or assaulted thank you very much, and whatever momentary joy I get from hitchhiking is not fucking worth it. Sure I do it with a friend but id have to do it with a beefy guy friend and the only one of those I had is no longer speaking to me because I turned down his request for a date. So to sum up, not gonna do it, no thanks. I’ll get out of my comfort zone by dressing up as a medieval knight and going to the grocery store or something
I drove across Ireland 2yrs ago before the pandemic shut everything down. It was the best road-trip of my life! This makes me want to go back.
This warms my heart. Have fun on your next adventure!
The man who took them in for breakfast and the Ukrainian family is a very humble man. Absolutely amazing to see people like that with everything going on. ❤️
Every irish fan watching this bummed they didnt get to see them!
I wish I knew they were here, can’t believe it

Beautiful video, I lived in Ireland for a couple of years, it brings back so many good memories of my time there! Irish hospitality is incredible, I remember my first day in Dublin I was lost I asked for help to a couple and they took at least 30 minutes of their day walking me to where I needed to go and they gave great advice on where I needed to visit and do! Ireland is such a beautiful country!☘️🇮🇪🍀
Hahaha I legit lol so loud when The Aussie mentioned “this has to be the weirder of the two” and then it cuts to herding sheep
Little girl is so sweet bless her 🥺
"Life is about the adventure". What a beautiful man, seriously! A real treasure, taking are of people. Friends and strangers alike!
Ireland is full of good people! I should visit someday soon
Everyone is welcome!
Ireland was the last place my husband and I visited. We almost got stuck there due to the pandemic and the world shutting down. I miss it so much and the people there are great. We even talked about moving there one day. That little girl was so sweet. So glad you all had that experience with them. Loves this video. So glad you guys are still going out and enjoying life.

Tommy's Morning Brew segment was by far the best RUclips ad ever created - A++
20 years ago we cycled from Killarney to Dublin. The Irish thought we were nuts and would never make it. We did it in 3 days. But it was a bit scary sometimes cycling on the shoulder of "highways".
The man that took in the Ukrainian’s is a pure soul. Imagine if we all had hearts as big as his. Just imagine it.
This video had me smiling the entire way through. I am an Aussie who married and Irishman and have spent a lot of time in Ireland. We haven't been able to get back there for almost 3 years and the people in this video made me feel homesick, even though it's not my home. There is nothing like Irish hospitality.
I don't know the exact reason but i really loved this video , keep making the awesome content yes theory.
As an Irishman from cork , watching this brought be joy ❤
You can never beat the hospitality and kindness of the Irish ☘️ you’ll always be greeted with a smile and a cup of tea 🇮🇪
The hospitality is insane these people are so kind dude, god bless them. I hope that woman also gets to reunite with her husband soon again.
i swear these videos are the only source of media that shows truly how many great people we have in this world
Oh man, I'm from Denmark and I've lived in Ireland for almost three years a little while back - I absolutely love this country and the people are just the greatest. Brought back some memories 🌍⚡
Ireland is truly the best place to visit. Loved every moment I've had there
It would be really nice to see yes theory include female members of the team on these videos. As a teen I used to hitchhike a lot in California and often on my own and it's definitely a different experience to do this type of stuff as a woman. Even though I had some scary experiences I did have many great adventures and wonderful encounters with beautiful people.
This was brilliant, I laughed out loud many times and was smiling so much by the end. It's so crazy to think that you wouldn't have met all these wonderful people, had you not done this challenge. I did a similar challenge blindfolded & no money in Lebanon and ended up accidentally hitchhiking across the country (in the opposite direction to where we had to go! 😂) and it's one of my all-time favourite days, so watching this made me relive those memories in a way. The video's on my channel if anyone's curious :) Can't wait for the rest of the series guys! ❤️
Amazing!❤️
Flo ❤
These videos honestly brighten up my life. i mean im smiling end to end. sheer cuteness and positivity :))
when the girl pulled over just when the guys decided to call it a day , honestly gave me so much hope. and the way she said "yes" when cam asked whether shed like to help them win the race...ahh.
Definitely gonna travel to Ireland one day. you guys are incredible!
I almost broke down crying when i saw the castle in doolin as it was where i got married 5 years ago
Boys this might be a top 3 all time video, incredible stories from both ends. Bravo.
Thats insane tbh!!! Proves that this world still has a lot of great people left.
Yes theory l just wanna say

This whole video put a smile on my face. You guys are amazing & the world is a greater place with y’all in it keep up the good work guys🙌🏻💯
Loved this video so much! These types of videos are why I first subscribed to yes theory. Just going out, meeting strangers, putting yourself out there with some type of seek discomfort challenge in mind!
I love this. I am from Athlone, but now live in Thailand, and have followed Yes Theory for a long time. Can't believe you guys were in my hometown.
the amount of joy y'all give me is immeasurable, love you guys so muchhhhh!!!!
I Moved to Ireland 12 years ago and the people are amazing! Pair that with it being a beautiful country and it’s a great place to be!
You guys rock!
Kudos to all the strangers. What a blessing to dwell in such a country.☺️☺️
I love the entirety of the seek discomfort brand, thank you for helping so many people and inspiring even more!
Guys, this is mad. I'm just after discovering your channel, love the content, and out of nowhere you trek through Ireland?! I'm from county Galway, between Loughrea (it's pronounced Law-ch-ray!) and Athlone. Really crazy seeing you on the roads I know all too well - it's not too big of a place we recognise everything 😅 Wish I could've met you guys I would've driven you all the way from Galway to Dublin, I'm studying there at the moment 🤣 Hope you enjoyed your time here!
Nice one
This is such an amazing series, I'm so happy I subscribed! I love all the amazing adventures you go on apart of a larger journey of exploring Ireland which is apart of the largest journey called life! I'm totally jealous, you guys are living the dream! I can't wait to see what's next in this series! Much love, from Greensboro, North Carolina!
This was an unexpected treat! I wasn't expecting a video til tomorrow. I couldn't stop smiling 🙂😁🙂
as someone living in Ireland born and raised its amazing seeing the experiences that tourists get like this
This video had me smiling and weeping at the same time. It is just beautiful. Thank you.

Oh I must have been mistaken by that bus lane in cork city then ?
You guys attract the most genuine and generous energy. Wouldn't expect anything else!
Wow what a wholesome episode! For real I’m tearing up. Keep up the great work guys.
I've watched a lot of yes theory / seek discomfort... This video is now my favourite. So awesome!

Its all about the journey! The proof is in the video. It helps to have bright smiles & nice cameras to prove your adventure! Thanks for sharing the journey.
It's amazing how many incredible people you can meet when you put yourself out there! These guys are the best example of getting back the energy you put out in the world!
this is hands down one of my favorite videos of you guys ever, i don't even know why, it was so wholesome and heartwarming and i can't stop smiling, I actually want to go out and do something now
Such perfect timing with this series as I will be in Ireland and Northern Ireland in 8 days!!

This whole video made me smile.... The positive energy from beginning till the end !!!!
Such a great video! Definitely gave me a huge smile. Continue making videos like these. Yall are an inspiration
If you’re a mom you know how cringe it was that they walked up to the bedroom and peaked in to see the clothes everywhere 😂
This is the most Irish things I've ever seen they won't just give you a lift they'll take you into there own home 😂
