Well that’s probably cuz these new platinum rarity equips are just there way of giving zenkais to ultras without giving zenkais the innate insane stat buffs that zenkais get and ultras already have stupid stats
Improve him!? You got to be joking. In this meta and how the gameplay has evolved, shenrons plat should at least gave him cover change nullification, element factor nullification and endurance nullification. If toshi wanted to do a good job with an ultra, not only he should have given him the things i stated, but also blast armor in the ulty and a unique cover change animation since he is the only unit that hasn't one.

Keep in mind his ultra ability gives him 10% damage inflicted per gt party members and the bench counts as those too, if you run a full gt u get 60% damage i flicted only from his ability
I know hes kinda toxic and they haven't done platinum equipment or zenkais for the summonable ultras, but im really excited for ultra blue kaioken goku to get a plat or zenkai. Id prefer a zenkai because if nothing else hed be a really a great zenkai buffer for ultra ui. I run godki and i need a blast based yellow zenkai buffer for uui

Devs should have made it 60% if there are 1 or more gt battlemembers when battle starts (cannot be cancelled) hopefully they learn from that tiny tiny mistake
