I think the review was very honest and he did provide all the reasoning for his judgement as well. I personally do not agree to all . But all the information shared will help me to understand better the pros and cons. Good job!
I have one and never experienced any brake downside great car I love it.Not sure that this guy is much of a Nissan fan seems a bit biased bit negative at times unjustified in my opinion and experience with this brilliant car .
WOW,the worse review of this car. First you compare it with an ev and say that it's not as silent. How could it be?! Then that it's only as efficient as the 1.3l mild hybrid and you say it as a bad thing. It has more power and torque,it is more silent and it has no gearbox making it more enjoyable to drive and with less parts that can fail.
The reviewer seems to have been sitting on a pineapple! ePower gives you all the enjoyment of an EV with the convenience of just refuelling it like any petrol car. That's should have been the focus of the review. That's why I bought mine and I LOVE it!
@@narinderchanderI get mine next week 2024 & get it the following week! How has been your mileage on open road on full tank & in town & does the ICE come on that much? Reviewers love to criticise.
@seltaeb9691 it does about 45mpg around town and about 60 on the motorway. I drive in Normal mode. This is what I was expecting. The engine comes on now and again, like in other hybrids I've had. Great car: comfortable, drives live an EV, no worries about range as you fill up like any liquid fuel car. 😀
I don’t rate this review at all. I test drove one today and bought it straight away. It is very quiet, has much more power than the 1.3 and is super smooth because there is no mechanical drive to the wheels. I wanted an auto but all other Hybrids have screaming CVT gearboxes or the dreaded VAG stuttery unreliable double clutch auto. Also check out the amount of equipment included in a Qashqai - I bought a Tekna with two tone paint.
2024 model. I ordered my Acenta Premium on Tuesday & get it next week in Gun Metal, my first choice was the dark green but a 4 month wait on that. I've been driving a 2014 Scenic auto & it's CVT doesn't scream at all, all I hear is my pretty quiet diesel engine. Looking forward to my ePower but next year 2025 they are changing it again.
Very negative, I test drove the Mild Hybrid one and it was terrible, fuel consumption was at best 35mpg the ride was harsh and it was noisy. I have an e power one and it’s completely different car 48 mpg plus. No issues with brakes and ride is a lot better

The guy complains about this hybrid car not being a fully electric car! What a clever remark! That said... he simply found nothing good in it, in other words it's a piece of junk 😀
It drives exactly like an EV! Exactly! The wheels are driven purely by electric motor and typically returns 48MPG mixed driving. If driving on motorways all day, then there isn't going to be much regenerative braking taking place, just the same as a BEV. So if you like how a EV drives but hate all the hassle of charging, then this is the perfect solution! You'll soon appreciate its ability to drive in town and motorway stop, start traffic without the engine cutting in and out all the time.
if your not a sales rep you get a car that is sprightly 0-62 7.9seconds that according to the idiot is no better to drive than the 1.3 mild hybrid which has a 0-62 of a week next thursday yet gives you a better mph and a lot better if your driving it town and know how to drive an easy 60+ mpg one peddle mode. the muppet does not know enough to realise the droaning you get in other hybrids is from the awfull cvt gearbox the biggest issue with hybrids that this car has elliinated its kind of important to know if your reviewing,

This guy has a personal issue with Nissan lol.. all the other countless reviews are so positive and this dude!
I think he really doesn't know much so is just winging it.
Not a very consistent review… other reviews here in Ix have given it positive reviews..
No personal issue, just his opinion of the car after driving it.
It's a bit strange though that his review is at odds with the vast majority of reviews, were they all wrong and he alone was right?@@CompletecarIe

Got both mh and epower. 40mpg from my, 76mpg on epower. Massive difference!
Which do you prefer?

Did he drive in Eco mode or Sports mode?
I think this guy got out of the wrong side of bed on this day. Negative comments from the outset.
It's his job to critique the car.
Sounds like somebody close to him left him for a nissan dealer😂
Thanks for honest review. The first review that does not praise this e-Power system to the skies.
Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it.
Why wouldn't you praise what is good?

It didn’t make a massive impression.
Awful review this guy knows nothing
Disagree
Not an unbiased review. Only pointed out the negatives.

He hates Nissan lol 😅
No he doesn’t!
Who’s paying you to smear the car mate???
Nobody, we're just reviewing it
the droaning noise is from the cvt gearbox learn some basics if your going to do reviews,
The e-Power system does not use a CVT
It's doesn't have a CVT silly, learn the basics, you said it😅.
