I bought both sizes of this but only use the larger one, and I pretty much only use this when making pour over coffee.
Me too. I barely use the larger one, and if I do it's only for dosing and weighting.
Do you find that the beans "stick" when using RDT?
If I RDT aggressively (that sometimes I do) yes, they stick. But if I do one spray not from very close, it's usually fine
