Hori7on are formed in the show called DREAM MAKER under the collaboration of ABS~CBN Philippines and MLD Etertainment KOREA. Before they debut in south korea, they released their 2 pre~debut song called DASH and salamat. Then, when they arrived to south korea they released their 3rd pre~debut song called LOVEY DOVEY. They debuted in korea last july 24 2023, they are promoting their first album called FRIEND~SHIP including their debut song SIX7EEN in all music show there. This is their 2nd week of promoting. Their fandom name was ANCHOR
Please watch them on all korean shows like MBC,inkigayo,arirangkpop,kbs,the show,the champion many more....they were with kpop idols too and labeled as global pop group
Before the survival show started po, their famous tagline was "the search for the next global pop group" which make sense because abs-cbn was partnered with mld, so it kinda makes sense to me that they're going to be debuting in South Korea.
Global pop group isn't new to me naman since we already know the group XG and if you are not familiar with them po, they're also a group based in Korea but they are all Japanese.
But, can I just say how much I am proud of these boys. They're literally making history already after debuting, I think they're the first all-Filipino group to perform sa mga music shows in Korea and the first all-Filipino group to be nominated on The Show. As a kpop fan, it feels surreal and I can't imagine seeing a filipino to be on that stage 😭

I will answer your question why are they in Korea? Because their company is MLD Entertainment that produced Momoland, TFN, Lapillus and they are under the company. MLD is the only company in Korea that has opened the door for Filipino talent. and I see in the future that because of H7N, other Big Companies may also open up for Pinoys and many more Pinoys to be acquired and recognized around the world.
