- Climbing Thailand temple of the rising dragon! In the Samphran district of Thailand sits one of the country’s most spectacular Buddhist temples. Wat Samphran is a towering pink masterpiece scaling in at 80 meters high - an homage to the number of years Buddha lived. Known for the hollow dragon’s head that encircles the temple, visitors are welcome to ascend the 17-story superstructure to touch the dragon’s beard, or climb inside the belly of the beast. This amazing temple is rarely featured in guidebooks and is considerably removed from the typical tourist track. The dragon itself is hollow, and you can walk the entire length of the tower inside its body, which of course, we did!

I used to watch travel shows when I had cable TV. The guide even visited Thailand; but, not rising dragon temple. That was really impressive.
I’m surprised more people haven’t heard of this place let alone visited here

I would have but it would take me awhile and I would probably be hating it the whole time! Lol 😂 I used to be in better shape and actually enjoyed that kind of thing. I never really enjoyed running but I liked walking up hill. I enjoyed the challenge but now I walk up a tiny hill and I feel like I'm dying. Lol 😂

So, this was great!! Only thing is I am terrified of heights, yet I've been on a plane over 10 times....I think I would flip over the edge not realizing it, lol.....o, and I loved the end....made me laugh. You are a good editor. Thanks for another Strange Adventure!!
I used to be afraid of heights, but I also like climbing things. It was a pretty big conflict for a while lol.
So since you are in Thailand i must ask is the crime rate their high as in might get murdered or is it very low as in you can walk around savely for a tourist bc i really want to go to Thailand but my parents won.t go bc of the crime there and i have told them countless times its safe but they won.t believe me@@DavKaufmansAdventures
