Been OMAD for several months now and it is effortless. When it comes to eating... I prefer quality and real foods for optimal nutrition rather than quantity. I do work out every morning. Never get tired... never get hungry. My body is already fat adapted and metabolically flexible. One can not sustain a time restricted eating if nutrition is not good. They need to change first their body's biochemistry thru nutrient dense foods.. Been on keto/IF for almost 3 years now. No health issues, BMI is fine, physically and mentally, I can say I am in the peak of health. At 49, my waistline measures 23.5 and no gym... just running daily. This lifestyle is a game changer. This is the one and only kind of diet/practice that is sustainable and highly doable if one REALLY UNDERSTANDS the science behind it.

Doc hello pls help my Schemic stroke husband for 3 years na po salamat
Two time lng po ako kumain pero minsan po pag nagutom eh nagsnack po ako like pipino at boilled egg or gulay n left over, wala na po ako rice intake more meat and fish po, pero nakakaranas po ako ng sobrang pagpapawis at sakit ng ulo, three months na po ako sa no rice and more locarb pero di po ako sure kung tama po ba ang ginagawa ko.
Bawal po yan kong walang trabahong mabigat.pero kong nagbubuhat ka ng mabibigat at maglakad ng kong ilan kilometro at mai pasan ka ng mga 75 to 100 kilo palagay ko hindi kayang hindi kumain ng umaga.
Pwede naman pala..kasi na kain ako twice a day lang..minsan nga once lang talaga..pag na gugutom lang..

Pag baguhan palang po.
Ok lng po ba More than 3 times kakain
Basta Low Carb lang po?

Depende po. Minsan TMAD- Two meals a day. Minsan OMAD- One meal a day po. There are times na naka-extended fasting po..
