Do you do anything special to make the first layer of clay on your mug? Or when you cure it does it sufficiently adhere?
When I cure the whole thing then I take it off the mug and use epoxy glue to glue it back on. You can watch this video where I explained the whole process 😊:

No, air dry clay will dry with air, but polymer clay always needs baking. I use polymer clay and I bake 😊
