(Talkloid) WHY TODAY? (Iruna/Miku NT)

Because I am, Miku. Because I am.
To be clear, it did not take 6 hours to install it on my laptop. 6 hours total since I realized it wasn't working on my PC, tried to fix my PC, realized I need to completely reset it or get a new one entirely, and then installed it to my laptop.
The world is up in flames (quite literally) and I couldn't even go to Miku for comfort because mY COMPUTER DECIDED TO BETRAY ME

You can still get miku NT, as long as you bought it off sonicwire, you should be able to get it at a discounted rate. V4X does have more vb's so far from the looks of it. Only reason I'm keeping V4X is because of her Dark vb.

Yep if you didnt know allready Crypton has announced that Miku And the other. Cryptonloids(i call them that ok?) wont be getting more vocaloid updates so she is free from Yamaha,s clutches hope that answers your question

I think NT is going to be a big upgrade based on what I’ve heard from the voice banks in project Sekai! (Especially Len)

I've been using the same computer for years. It's on its last legs. I didn't know downloading Vocaloids took so much space. I don't have enough money to buy both A new PC and a monitor and a Vocaloid. I am really unprepared. (sorry for bad sentence making big lack of sleep.) Edit: yes I know UTAUs exist but my computer is already in the deathbed.

For a prototype, she sounds pretty clear! But i will stay with V4X, because for her range of Voicebanks and with the Fact, that it will be pretty expensive when i order it. Because i live in Germany and don't know how much it costs in Euros xD

crypton explicitly said they were going for clarity, not realism
one of the reasons they broke off from vocaloid was when they made Miku with the V5 toolbox she sounded too much like Saki Fujita
they're going for a character, not a singer
also its a prototype

me too, NT sounds like a zipper. On V4X, she clearly and perfectly balanced between realism and roboticity. On NT, her sound is not only not real but also not clear.
I would like Miku to get crosslang with sounding like V4X
