    I cant believe that people still put down "man flu". This is a very serious condition and should not be mocked. Apart from that, nice to see you still with us!

    I once had two people who were fishing together set up either side of me, we were the only 3 people on the beach, kept walking behind me with their stupidly bright head torches, had two bass before they turned up

      🤣🤣 It be true, we're all soft down here. We're lucky to have modern miracles that haven't made it up Norf yet, hot and cold running water for example, but these things have softened us no end.

      @@christchurchanglingcentre5428 I was pretty good at catching red bands. They reduced the points in comps on the strength of that

    Delightful little session. Those dogs are fire right now, a friend and I had over 30 over at Hayling this week. You wonder if anything else might actually find your bait. Cracking watch, keep em coming please.

    know what you mean about the guys moving in next to you,twice now sat down Iford and no one else fishing either bank and some guy comes along and sits virtually opposite me cast out and then get his mobile out and starts calling his mates.Why its supposed to be a relaxing and quite sport.

      That's just plain ignorant! Sorry to hear that. To be fair, these guys were no where near as bad as that, I just couldn't figure out why you'd want to walk somewhere to fish next to the only guy on the beach!

    Tom what line do you use in whch diameter for specific species

    • @christchurchanglingcentre5428
      @christchurchanglingcentre5428  5 месяцев назад

      Hi Paul.
      I tend to use anything between 0.25 and 0.28 for 90% of my fishing. Its plenty strong enough to cope with decent fish and tide, but thin enough to cast really well. I will drop down to 0.20 for things like long range plaice fishing, or light summer stuff.
      My go to lines at the moment are the Tronixpro Blaze in 0.25, Fox Exocet Orange in 0.26 and the Asso Tapered Line in 0.26 for when I want the distance marker colour bands.
