So just a follow up to my previous post. I have had kit in place for a couple of months now on my daily driver 2019 F250 King Ranch with 33x12.50r20 nittos. Drive roughly 500 to 700 miles minimum weekly. Also just did a 900 mile round trip to North Carolina mountains and i have kept truck in sport economy tune wth the TCM tune pretty much the entire time i have had the kit in place. Tried the race tune for awhile but i really enjoy the sport economy tune. I have had zero issues with the kit the power and torque difference is insane, the reliability is great, the regeneration intervals exactly as before kit roughly 380 miles on interstate and around 300 in town. Engine braking with mountain declines was spot on. If you are still on the fence go ahead pick one up. Corey at Modern Diesel is great to deal with product shipped fast.
So got my kit today and already rolling. Really loving the race tune and the TCM file. And of course the auto agent 3 makes it all super easy. Thanks again.

I flashed these exact tunes on my brand new 19 at 171 miles.... driven sensibly it goes around 500 miles between regens... stock trucks go around 350.. obviously if drive it like a mad man all of the time regen will be more frequent. Iam a little over a year in on this mess tunes and have nothing but good things to say... the only think I have had issue with is that you can’t run anything except a s@b for an intake. The lamda tables get all screwed up with any other style intake
@@alazaga1989 yes sir I do, not everyday but when I do I tow heavy. At or near Gvrw Calibrated power tunes are clean. If on a long heavy tow the regens are even further apart. Idle time, short trips and not getting the temps up in the emissions system are what cause people the most trouble. The dpf and egr need heat to function correctly. I tow at the recommended levels, the levels are more about not hurting the drive line then they are causing extra soot load though. You can tow in the high tunes if you drive sensibly. Another big factor on these newer rigs is gear ratio, lugging around all the time is not good for them. Yes 37s will fit but without a regear, heavy towing and lugging around will cause emissions problems. Another thing to note is that these tunes don’t feel like delete tunes. Fuel is controlled through afr and lamda tables. It’s not like a cheap delete tune that just turns off all the limiters and puts all of the throttle in the first 25% of the pedal. This is not that type of power, it is smooth and does not toss in a bunch of fuel until there is sufficient air to burn it....
To get battery acid stains off get a pretty hard bristle brush and some bleach not diluted and put it in a pump up sprayer or a spray bottle and cover the acid stains then scrub the hell out of it after letting it seat for 5 or 6 min
Yup, and I've seen many who think this is a good idea and then show up at the dealer on the hook with a plugged dpf. It's not a good idea if you accelerate hard a lot.
I recently got a 2019 f250 with the 6.7 about a week ago, it has just over 34k miles on it, and when it upshifts through every gear under light and heavy acceleration it is kind of hard like there is a bump. It also has a bump from 6th to 5th. It’s hard enough to where you will know that it shifted if you weren’t thinking about it. I also ordered an ezlynk with the support pack from you guys a few days ago. The truck is bone stock and I was wondering is this is normal or if I need to have the dealer look at it, or if the tunes will fix it.
How does the power curve compare to a deleted truck. I always figured that emissions compliant tuning wouldn’t have as much torque down low since they can’t push the same amount of fuel for smoke reasons
I might have a delete and Ezlynk tuner. I'm experiencing a lag going into 2nd punching it. Do. You think not enough air getting thru or dirty filters? It's only for about 45k miles on it. Thanks for what you do on your videos

Cory, adding 200 Hp is doing what? Making a heavy truck into a dragster? How about doing a video on that truck with one of your trailers fully loaded coming out of Weirton on 22 up the hill until you hit route 18 bridge to level off. Start at Harmon Creek and go up the hill. Try that with the stock tune and run the hill again with the other tunes and see your times to the bridge with a fully loaded trailer. That would be the better judge of the performance of the truck as what its purpose is for. At the same time record the time it takes, average Temp of the cooling system, down shits and any other interesting things that go on. I assume that you wanted to keep the emission systems intact because the state is hammering at folks who remove the equipment.
Is there a lift pump on this truck? I'm concerned the computer will see a drop in line pressure before the high pressure pump and try to compensate by opening more injection events earlier in the cycle, leading to too much load on the connecting rods.

I’ve written SPE several times about their Intake piping, hot and cold, trying to find out what state the emissions equipment has to be in to use the new intake manifold replacement piping. As in does the EGR have to be deleted? Does the CCV have to be bypassed? Or does the piping system leave those type of things intact. I’ve got emails I sent to them from back in March I still haven’t received an answer to. I don’t know if they’re just that busy or they don’t need the business. Either way thank you for the information!!!!!
@@timwhitley8876 no problem. I have no affiliation with SPE. Just have most their products on my truck. Most the time I have to message them on IG to get a response. I'm seeing more people say what you are though about not getting responses back. Idk SPE situation but I think they may be getting too big for just 4 people to handle everything. They make great products and hopefully they can get the customer service better sooner than later.
I was told by SPE that the y intake plenum will not work with the factory throttle body.this is what was asked on 5/4. “can the SPE MOTORSPORT 6.7 POWERSTOKE INTAKE PIPING KIT be run with a stock throttle body” this was their response. “No, it removes it.” Kind regards,
Chance.
@@jeffriggs556 pretty sure you can fix that issue with emission-compliant tuning.
Vinegar and neutralize it with baking soda when done.
Where do I buy
Where do I bout this kit ?
Do you have a tune for the 2021? Looking to tune without deleting.
Yeah!! Working on setting up a review for it now!!
What’s the app or program you are using for 1/8th mile and 0-60 times?

Needing a tune for 2018 so I can delete mine..can you help??
I snagged some emissions and non tunes just before the epa got to ezlynk. So I'll drive legal for now. But what tire size is 275/65r20 tires? Cause I told the auto agent 34s, and my speedometer is 5 miles too little. Like I'm going 55 in reality but 50 in the speedo. Need help?
You may have to get an actual speedo calibrator or measure your tires and enter the true size from the tape
Corey I’m wanting to do a weight reduction delete , can you send me the link to purchase the ez lynk
It is in one of his videos from two years ago on his other truck.
Yeah ok, narc
