I just found your channel and all I can say is WOW! I just started drawing about 9 months ago and I hope to be half as good as you are one day. This is on another level. This was my Mother's favorite flower. Thank you

Thank You! I used two mechanical pencils I purchased from Amazon, one mechanical pencil uses .5mm with 2B lead, it's brand name is "OHTO" made in Japan; and the second pencil is a .5mm mechanical pencil with 4B lead its brand name is "Promecha". I also use powdered graphite the brand name is "General" that I apply and spread with a common cardboard blending stump, sometimes I use a paintbrush to spread and blend the powdered graphite depending on how large the drawing is! I very the amount of pressure and quantity of graphite to change the shade! I hope this answers your questions. Please feel free to contact me anytime!

Thank you for the kind words, Patricia! I used Canson 140lb. cold press Watercolor paper for this drawing. I also love some of the more "exotic" papers like Arches hotpress watercolor paper it has a smooth surface but really holds a range of blacks and is 100% cotton and Fabriano Aristico hotpress 100% cotton watercolor paper it has a smooth surface but also amazingly holds dense blacks really well. But as I said this drawing was done with Canson Watercolor paper which I like a lot and probably use more often than anything else.

Greetings Francisco!!! I am very much in AWE with this work!! I love pencil drawing and pen work and how pen and ink looks. Also charcoal.
Its usually too costly on my small budget to buy quality papers such as those mentioned..but I do enjoy the budget friendly Canson Media papers and drawing pads.
Honestly though, I have much enjoyment from using printer paper ( mostly for the pen work)
I am still looking for some different papers for pencil that I can afford. But I will have to get some that you use and see if it works out for me. ;-)
Thank You for sharing! You are so talented! How much time did this actually take you to draw?
I have yet to check but I hope you have uploaded more videos! Loved your choice of music as well!
Take Care and Blissful Arting Smiles!
