Make sure the mods you do get are updated for this latest patch 1.96.365 (March 14th) or 1.96.397 (March 24th), for the growing together pack, I only updated the list for the werewolves patch. It should say in the mod post if it is or not, but if there's nothing, check the comments or try them out yourself to see if they run well. Just make sure to backup your saves folder before you do! You can also check this forum post, it has a list of the mods that broke and need a fix, those that you should remove, and the ones that have been updated: forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/1007107/broken-updated-mods-cc-march-2023-infants-patch I think most have already been updated, but the slice of life mod, for example has a few issues that need to be fixed, so I suggest skipping that one until the creator comes back from their break ^^

14:30 would be interesting to have. Since I use WW pretty much every couple in my game cheated and had children with someone other than their spouse. So far only one couple stayed loyal to each other. 😭😭
I started making this video last week, but my job kept me busy and tired... I tried 😅 The game keeps on getting updates, things break, mod creators are used to it. They'll fix them, we just have to be patient ^^
Check the pinned comment, I'm keeping it updated ^^ At the moment the only mods that are broken (need to be updated), are: Lifetime Aspirations, Gold Digger Aspiration+Trait, Child Aspirations Set, Grow Up Aspiration, Slice of Life, Have Some Personality Please!, Ultrasound Scan, Education System Bundle, Spend Weekend With and Phone Covers Recolor The phone covers one is obsolete as the new update brought in new phone colors. When an expansion pack comes out, I always remove all my mods out and start fresh ☺ I also have the list with the links, and luthienrising is always on the sim forums with others to share which mods broke and which ones are still working. But it's not as tedious as you might think. Half of these are literally game fixes, so unless EA fixes those issues in an update, you never need to touch them 😆

I may be blind and this may be a long shot but I was wondering what’s the stability of healthcare redux, slice of life, realistic childbirth, animalistic feet (for werewolves), angry-ish walk (for werewolves), IXL injector mod, no ea eyelashes, ultrasound mod? I know thats a decent list but I haven’t been able to find any news on these mods on how they were affected with the update 😅

@@LaulauPlays So far the game works fine for me (completely emptied out my mods and cc before even attempting to update after they got the first patch out) and the high school pack works fine for me personally so I went ahead and began adding my mods and cc again thank you😊 the ultrasoundmod I use is LittleMsSams and so far it works for me and the werewolf stuff I use are 3 mods I think. Simomo’s wolf feet and tails and then SpinningPlumbobs animalistic feet (spinning plum bobs are bigger and I have the male file so my male wolves have bigger feet than the female wolves, the female wolves have simomos feet.) and then SpinningPlumbobs werewolf walk style :) I have them all in my occult file and havnt deleted them yet so I may just add them into my game and see if it’s broke or not- hope for the best lol😂

I know 😭 I’m anxiously waiting for it to be updated. But I think the personalities are going to be replaced by zodiac signs… they made a poll over on twitter and zodiacs won over the 16 personalities 😩 There’s still a chance they won’t change it, cause the people in the comments are not happy. How do you change the introvert, extrovert, feeler and perceiver thingy? Does it have anything to do with the personality types? All my sims keeps getting the introvert trait and it's kind of getting annoying
From the slice of life mod? You can change their personality type by clicking on your sim, and going to the slice of life (sol) options. I think the introvert/extrovert is randomly assigned when you first move in your sim, and as they age up, then it changes depending on their relationships, but I’m not sure 🤔 You can also remove the personality pack from the mod. SOL is divided by packs, so if something’s annoying you, you can safely remove it 😊
[IGNORE THIS COMMENT THIS IS FOR BERRY REVERSE] lillian has just moved to the city with her boyfriend dominick who is a “business man”(he’s a criminal and lillian doesn’t know that). lillian inspires to be a professional food critic and the best one there is in san myshuno! dominick on the other hand yearns to the most despised and menacing man there is in the city! while lillian is out trying food stall meals and critiquing them dominick always takes that time to go rob a house, bank, museum, you name it! he does although have a soft side to him where he does everything with his girlfriend…go to the gym together, the spa, getting their nails done, walks in the parks etc. they both inspire to have a big family and a pet but that must wait of course…they have much more bigger responsibilities and challenges ahead besides changing diapers and picking up doggy poop.
You have to unzip the files from the folder (open the zip file and take the files, that are inside, out), the game can't read zip files, only package, ts4script, json, log and cfg files. Also, check your game options, as you need to enable script mods there for them to work ^^
First, remove all of them (don't delete them, just move them out to somewhere else temporarily), open the game and see if it still happens. If it does, it could be not mod related, but a problem with the save itself, or it could even be cc. If the game works without the mods, then you gotta move them back into the folder, not all at once, but one by one, and everytime you add in one, you open the game to check if the problem still occurs. Do that until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
Humble question... do you use both Wonderful Whims and Lupuminou's relationship and pregnancy overhaul? Don't they add like similar things? Sorry if this is a silly question.
I do, they're very different in my opinion. Wonderful Whims is great because it adds in some realism and an attraction system to the game, lumpinou's mod adds in more gameplay interactions: you can pick if your sim wants kids or not, they can take breaks in relationships, without having to break up, and they can get back together or break up whenever, sims can be suspicious of their partner and question them about it, there's paternity tests, artificial insemination and surrogacy, ... There are just SO MANY new interactions, and I find them great for storytelling and to add in some drama and spice to my game 😀
Ohh so it is different! Txs for answering!! I suppose some of the things the mod adds will change once March 14th comes in, but, I'm definitely starting to use both 😁
It's always best to only add one mod at a time, to see how the game reacts. There's a few things you can try: First, try removing the mods you downloaded, and opening the game again to see if it works without them. - If it does, add in the mods, one by one, opening the game each time to see if it works; - If it doesn't, remove all your mods and cc (don't delete them, just move them out of the mods folder temporarily), and see if the game works. You could also try to restart your game folder: sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/ If all of this doesn't work, repair your game, by right clicking on it on Origin, or on the EA App, whatever you use. Just make sure to make a backup of your sims 4 folder, as when you repair the game, your saves, screenshots, mods, it all disappears (if you restarted your game folder, you already have a backup). Also, are you using Origin or the EA app? Because the EA app has a lot of issues, I personally can't even login, some people can't see their games, and some can't even play their games, they just won't open. So if you are, try installing Origin again and try through there. And if your game still doesn't work, after removing all your mods, and repairing your game, the only thing you can do is reach EA, either by contacting their support team, going to their answers hq website or if you have twitter, tweet @EAHelp. Because at this point, it's not mod related, the game should run without any mods or cc.

The game keeps on getting updates, things break, mod creators are used to it. They'll fix them, we just have to be patient ^^

Check the pinned comment, I'm keeping it updated ^^ At the moment the only mods that are broken (need to be updated), are: Lifetime Aspirations, Gold Digger Aspiration+Trait, Child Aspirations Set, Grow Up Aspiration, Slice of Life, Have Some Personality Please!, Ultrasound Scan, Education System Bundle, Spend Weekend With and Phone Covers Recolor
The phone covers one is obsolete as the new update brought in new phone colors.

100+ mods- you must have a good time updating them everytime ts4 updates
When an expansion pack comes out, I always remove all my mods out and start fresh ☺ I also have the list with the links, and luthienrising is always on the sim forums with others to share which mods broke and which ones are still working.
But it's not as tedious as you might think. Half of these are literally game fixes, so unless EA fixes those issues in an update, you never need to touch them 😆

I may be blind and this may be a long shot but I was wondering what’s the stability of healthcare redux, slice of life, realistic childbirth, animalistic feet (for werewolves), angry-ish walk (for werewolves), IXL injector mod, no ea eyelashes, ultrasound mod? I know thats a decent list but I haven’t been able to find any news on these mods on how they were affected with the update 😅
I took out the healthcare redux but the no EA lashes still works great.

Realistic Childbirth didn't break, it works with the current patch; I'm not sure what mod is the animalistic feet, as when I look it up many show up, I don't know which one you use 😅, same with the angry-ish walk (for werewolves).

Ultrasound mod is broken.
But one thing to keep in mind is that the game is unplayable atm, I personally can't play the game because it doesn't save my progress, people are calling it the groundhog day bug, but there's many more. So if something doesn't work, it might not be mod related, we have to wait for a patch to fix all the game issues, and of course, EA is radio silent about a new patch 😟
@@LaulauPlays So far the game works fine for me (completely emptied out my mods and cc before even attempting to update after they got the first patch out) and the high school pack works fine for me personally so I went ahead and began adding my mods and cc again thank you😊 the ultrasoundmod I use is LittleMsSams and so far it works for me and the werewolf stuff I use are 3 mods I think. Simomo’s wolf feet and tails and then SpinningPlumbobs animalistic feet (spinning plum bobs are bigger and I have the male file so my male wolves have bigger feet than the female wolves, the female wolves have simomos feet.) and then SpinningPlumbobs werewolf walk style :) I have them all in my occult file and havnt deleted them yet so I may just add them into my game and see if it’s broke or not- hope for the best lol😂

How do you change the introvert, extrovert, feeler and perceiver thingy? Does it have anything to do with the personality types? All my sims keeps getting the introvert trait and it's kind of getting annoying
From the slice of life mod? You can change their personality type by clicking on your sim, and going to the slice of life (sol) options. I think the introvert/extrovert is randomly assigned when you first move in your sim, and as they age up, then it changes depending on their relationships, but I’m not sure 🤔 You can also remove the personality pack from the mod. SOL is divided by packs, so if something’s annoying you, you can safely remove it 😊
[IGNORE THIS COMMENT THIS IS FOR BERRY REVERSE] lillian has just moved to the city with her boyfriend dominick who is a “business man”(he’s a criminal and lillian doesn’t know that). lillian inspires to be a professional food critic and the best one there is in san myshuno! dominick on the other hand yearns to the most despised and menacing man there is in the city! while lillian is out trying food stall meals and critiquing them dominick always takes that time to go rob a house, bank, museum, you name it! he does although have a soft side to him where he does everything with his girlfriend…go to the gym together, the spa, getting their nails done, walks in the parks etc. they both inspire to have a big family and a pet but that must wait of course…they have much more bigger responsibilities and challenges ahead besides changing diapers and picking up doggy poop.

hi, do you know why my sims doesn’t allow script mods? (zip files)
You have to unzip the files from the folder (open the zip file and take the files, that are inside, out), the game can't read zip files, only package, ts4script, json, log and cfg files.
Also, check your game options, as you need to enable script mods there for them to work ^^

i think 1 of the mods made that i couldn't get into my family but i don't know which one
First, remove all of them (don't delete them, just move them out to somewhere else temporarily), open the game and see if it still happens. If it does, it could be not mod related, but a problem with the save itself, or it could even be cc.
If the game works without the mods, then you gotta move them back into the folder, not all at once, but one by one, and everytime you add in one, you open the game to check if the problem still occurs. Do that until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

Humble question... do you use both Wonderful Whims and Lupuminou's relationship and pregnancy overhaul? Don't they add like similar things? Sorry if this is a silly question.
I do, they're very different in my opinion.
Wonderful Whims is great because it adds in some realism and an attraction system to the game, lumpinou's mod adds in more gameplay interactions: you can pick if your sim wants kids or not, they can take breaks in relationships, without having to break up, and they can get back together or break up whenever, sims can be suspicious of their partner and question them about it, there's paternity tests, artificial insemination and surrogacy, ... There are just SO MANY new interactions, and I find them great for storytelling and to add in some drama and spice to my game 😀

I don't know if this happened to anyone else but I installed some of these mods since like almost 2 days ago and I cant enter my game now . any tips?
It's always best to only add one mod at a time, to see how the game reacts. There's a few things you can try:
First, try removing the mods you downloaded, and opening the game again to see if it works without them.
- If it does, add in the mods, one by one, opening the game each time to see if it works;
- If it doesn't, remove all your mods and cc (don't delete them, just move them out of the mods folder temporarily), and see if the game works. You could also try to restart your game folder: sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/
If all of this doesn't work, repair your game, by right clicking on it on Origin, or on the EA App, whatever you use. Just make sure to make a backup of your sims 4 folder, as when you repair the game, your saves, screenshots, mods, it all disappears (if you restarted your game folder, you already have a backup).
Also, are you using Origin or the EA app? Because the EA app has a lot of issues, I personally can't even login, some people can't see their games, and some can't even play their games, they just won't open. So if you are, try installing Origin again and try through there.
And if your game still doesn't work, after removing all your mods, and repairing your game, the only thing you can do is reach EA, either by contacting their support team, going to their answers hq website or if you have twitter, tweet @EAHelp. Because at this point, it's not mod related, the game should run without any mods or cc.
