    INGREDIENTS
    MAIDA ( all purpose flour) = 3 cups or 500 gm.
    Ghee Or Butter = 1/2 Cup or 125 gm
    Sugar for Basrakh = 3 table spoons or 50 gm
    Sugar for Coating = 2 cups or 500 gm
