OK I was confused at first aswell but when you see LJ turn over A5o the spot makes a lot more sense.
Obviously that guy is a complete maniac and if the other player is aware of that he can be Iso raising with something like ATo
Obviously you run into all the overpairs as well. But it's not insane unlikely you get it in good if you have a good read on the ISO raiser.
Obviously if you want to follow game theory it's a snap fold

Yes, you flopped a good draw, but when you're going to be fit or fold most flops with that hand anyway, why are you charging yourself more to see one? Like what's your plan here post-flop when you don't flop a draw? Try and bluff off a population that doesn't typically fold when btn 3-bets you and you're OOP? Check-fold?

You have this self-fulfilling prophecy here basically just thinking you are going to lose before you even sit down. You need to focus on your mental game and just try to make the correct choices. You're a good player, you will figure it out.

I think throughout there were a lot of fold spots unfortunately it didn’t happen, if someone raises to 125 and a fish jams for 500-600 they have aces, kings maybe queens I would just fold so your not taking big variance flips, your there to make money not gamble by flipping (I could be mistaken), good luck!

Good God brother, get yourself a proper bankroll and play some reasonable stakes for that bankroll. 100 buy ins is a fairly standard bankroll for tournaments, so in what world does firing in $400 and $1,000 tournaments make sense? In a world where variance doesn't exist for you? Cash games are more reasonable, but even then you know ~40 buy ins is reasonable.
Your poker bankroll is your highest return on investment asset and honestly it was a huge mistake to put all of that money into long-term investments. As long as there is a stake to move up to and our bankroll is not big enough to play it yet, the money will make more if it sits in your bankroll and allows you to play poker than if it is in the market. And now you compound that with borrowing at a very high interest rate which is outpacing your investment return? I feel for you man. But I think you can figure out a way to get out of this self-inflicted torture.

I think you really overcall, and at those stakes people Severely underbluff. The KQ hand calling a check raise 50 to 150. AK should pretty much be the bottom of his check raise value range, he only has sets, or two pair, esp at those stakes. Calling with kq, no real drawnis pretty much asking to get stacked.
I think the key is to overfold, even when you think your hands okay, its just mediocre and loses to the opponents value most of the time.

26:20 - QJo just folds to a 3bet alone, and you are even more disincentivized to put money in with a cold caller, and this play is even worse in a live setting where they don't 3bet bluff enough. Let's assume they have a proper bluff range, the queen and jack block a lot of those bluffs that can fold, and not a high enough percentage of the range that jams or calls. Suited aces or kings would be a better choice for a play like this. Folding with anything other than premium hands would be your best option,.

Hey man I would just quit poker honestly it’s depressing so many times these crazy things happen and even the best go bust and when things are going bad it’s so incredibly hard to play good. I play once in awhile and have lost last 4 sessions and each one of them I was up at least 500 and ended up leaving down 3 to 7 hundred and then I have to live with myself all week at work that is something that just isn’t worth it for me honestly so I barely play. The days of doing this for a living seem to be gone so many people know what they are doing now. One thing I can advise is to switch your play times sleep during the day then go late at night on Friday and Saturday when there may be drunk people that is the key you need to have more of an advantage with people who may do stupid things bc they are drunk

I see you either didn't see my comments from your last 1-3 video, or you chose to ignore them. In small stakes people just take absurd lines. So if they jam on you they very likely have a better hand. The QQ hand. That's just a fold. People absolutely will do that with AA because they're afraid of being out drawn. This guy just so happened to have KK.... still beat QQ. And the other hand where you had KQ and sb jammed on you. Of course he had you beat. I'm not shocked it was AK but at the same time I am. Usually when people take this line in low stakes it's 2p.

I’m worried about you bro… you’re hitting “ Frankie C “ territory… but you don’t have the Sugar Momma to back you. 😢

    Cheers Sam.
PS: You won't remember but, I played with you in LA. You are a sweet young fellow.
When I recognized you? And asked if you were vlogging? You seemed shy & surprised.😉
Oopsie, my bad. That was "BREAKFAST' Sammy... 🤣
(He's a funny guy too tho...)

Sam, 99 are easy to fold for your whole stack in a cash game. You've got a good record so I'm not telling you what to do. I understand your thinking about only "having" 10BB but you don't. You have like 166BB. Why call off your whole stack against a near committed raise and a shove? You're only getting 2:1 with a mid pair. There are more overpairs than overcards in their range here

Most RUclips pokee vloggers have not really encountered large yet natural downswings yet as they havent played enough live hands. A lot of them will probably go busto when they do as theyre not properly bank rolled.

Poker is a hard way to make an easy living
I quit playing after it felt like a chore or a job. Used to enjoy playing poker but now it's just annoying and boring.

7:50 - that's just an open fold hand, snap fold to 3bet, and never a 4bet

My man - you are running bad bc you are playing bad - at 1/2, 1/3 level - a three way all in with 99 for 150+ big blinds is never a good idea (screw the strat. logic) - at best your flipping, vast majority of the time your never ahead (and that’s heads up) with 3 people - a raise and then a reraise shove for $500 - 99 is an auto fold ….just not worth the risk - especially when your on a downswing. You must get back to conservative poker, minimize risk while digging yourself out of a hole - I’m a semi pro and make 50-55bb per hr at 1/2 and 1/3 in OK bc the player pool is soft and you can mix GTO with exploitative play after you learn player tendencies specific to individuals…. When you don’t know much about the players - then just play good solid GTO - never is 99 in that spot a good GTO call, not to mention the best explorative play is to fold bc your friend Greg raised all in for 500 - did you really think he was bluffing off his stack in that spot?
