Loved every minute of it! Thanks!! Minor critique, if I may; He built up the coming-to-America to be very, VERY difficult, especially for his wife, and you guys never followed up on it. Especially when he said his first 4 years were miserable. Question: "You said earlier that you told your wife you'll come for a 6-month tryout. After not being satisfied/happy here, 1) why did you stay here? 2) How did your wife handle the early struggles?

It not easy to go back with a wife an child even if it's for a try out, second, he was controlled by the guy who convinced him.
