If you really want to learn their names I would suggest learning by their fixed units (meaning the members stay mostly the same)- nct 127, nct dream, wayv + Sungchan and shotaro that don't have a fixed unit (yet) (Nct u is a rotational unit and they change members everytime) Nct most of the time is divided into their respective subunit, so there aren't 23 members in every mv. BUT they do this almost yearly thing where everybody gets together and they release an album and some videos together. FYI, NCT is a group from SM Entertainment. 2016 debut. SM Entertainment has always been the pioneer of mix music. Be the spearhead of mix music in KPOP from SM Ent. Starting from SNSD (Girls Generation) with the title song I Got A Boy 2013, not only SNSD but Shinee, FX, Red Velvet, EXO, NCT and lastly Aespa. (Correct me if there are still groups left) But since 2013 SM Entertainment doesn't call the genre Mix Pop but they call it SMP : SM Music Performance. The nct concept is a bit hard to grasp, but basically they are divided into subunits and they can add members and debut new subunits at anytime.
If you really want to learn their names I would suggest learning by their fixed units (meaning the members stay mostly the same)- nct 127, nct dream, wayv + Sungchan and shotaro that don't have a fixed unit (yet)
(Nct u is a rotational unit and they change members everytime)
Nct most of the time is divided into their respective subunit, so there aren't 23 members in every mv.
BUT they do this almost yearly thing where everybody gets together and they release an album and some videos together.
If you want to see the full group in an mv you can watch:
Nct 2018 - Black on Black (performance ver. or dance practice; they had 18 members at the time)
Nct 2020 - Resonance (all 23, but one member, Jisung, isn't dancing because he had an injury at the time)
Resonance is a mash-up of 4 songs of the album they released at the same time - so a lot of beat switch ups (3 out of 4 songs have their own mv - "make a wish", "90s love" and "work it" - i would suggest checking them out first before you watch resonance, but it's up to you)
Nct 2021 - beautiful (21 out of 23 members are in the mv... and a lot of background dancers 😂)
It's a pop-ballad and more vocal focused - not sure if that's something you enjoy and it's quite different from their normal sound for title tracks, but it definitely showcases their vocals and everybody gets a line

FYI, NCT is a group from SM Entertainment. 2016 debut. SM Entertainment has always been the pioneer of mix music. Be the spearhead of mix music in KPOP from SM Ent. Starting from SNSD (Girls Generation) with the title song I Got A Boy 2013, not only SNSD but Shinee, FX, Red Velvet, EXO, NCT and lastly Aespa. (Correct me if there are still groups left)

NCT Dream (7 members) is known for youthful and teenagers vibes. Their musics are easy to listen yet so unique too. Even their colour different from NCT 127, their music is so NCT too. You can figure their sound in "Hello Future".
