    This was accomplished with the leadership of Mr. Jamison and former Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner, who cherished preservation. Hopefully current County Executive Jessica Fitzwater won't try to take credit for what Ms. Gardner accomplished.

      If Jan Gardner was so passionate about preservation then why did development explode under her administration? The worst thing this county ever did was restructure county government to include an executive position.

    Tax grants? Why should tax payers pay to upkeep someone else’s home? Stupid
