And people forget about how Mary Magdalene was the apostle to the apostles in that Jesus ‘sent’ her and other women on a mission to the other apostles to tell them that He was returning to His Father because she was the FIRST that HE CHOSE to show He had risen from the dead. Note that this exchange between them took place when she saw Him AFTER He had come back to life. Keep in mind that she was sent to testify about Jesus’ resurrection to them BY JESUS HIMSELF, seeing Him Face to Face FIRST post resurrection, and to tell them to meet Him in Galilee. I do believe that trumps any notion that Paul’s supposed ‘women-are-bad’ and ‘not-to-be-trusted’ doctrine was superior to the actual actions (denoting real doctrine) of Jesus. In so appearing to women first and appointing Mary (and the other women present) as an apostle to the apostles, Jesus in reality reinstated ALL redeemed women. Remember that, at the time when Jesus did as such with Mary Magdalene, women were considered little more than breeding machines. They couldn’t even testify in court. Yet Jesus chose A WOMAN to testify to MEN as to His being resurrected and returning to the Father and wanting to meet them in Galilee! Did the men listen? No. (My...just such sadness over how things have not changed over millennia that have gone by!) How did Jesus respond to that? HE REBUKED THEM OPENLY FOR IT! Peter was the only one, along with another (there is some debate about who that was) who listened and ran to the tomb; and they were blessed for it...though Peter had originally denied the Lord. Just look at Mark 16:9-14, Luke 24:1-12, John 20:10-18, and Matthew 28:1-10 for confirmation of all I wrote above.
7th Part of My Comment That Was Deleted In other words, love each other! Don’t in pride try to dominate others just because you can. When in doubt about what a passage means, always go back to Jesus’ core teachings and always make sure any interpretation agrees fully with ALL other Scripture. If it doesn’t, something is wrong. Figure out what it is. Don’t just drop it. All we need to do is research through MANY interpretations of a given confusing passage and go back through the original Greek and Hebrew and Aramaic and extrapolate the pertinent information to the subject matter and come up with a conclusion that agrees completely with Scripture. Sadly, sometimes even that is wrong because of human error. So the ONLY ONE we can count on after all is said and done is the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth and bring back to mind what is missing. In the meantime, love is supposed to be the go to. And what I’ve seen here is not love but hatred and bitterness on the part of those trying further to oppress women though Christian women are covered and arrayed in Jesus’ Robe of Righteousness and clothed in His Garments of Salvation/His Spiritual Water and have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them as a part of the very Temple of the Living God. Who are you, O Man, to tread on the Holy Spirit of God? And the pièce de résistance, is that Paul also wrote this passage in Galatians 3:26-29 (1984 NIV): “You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, MALE NOR FEMALE, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Now how is 1 Timothy 2:11-15 correctly translated and interpreted by that commenter when Paul also wrote this passage listed above in Galatians? Just sayin’!

Jesus epitomizes walking in the Spirit, wholly yielded to and the example of living light and love from inside out, free of ALL worldly mindsets, traditions, habits and dualties. Head coverings along with 613 rules and regs after the big ten Moses carried into an oral tradition, were made complete on the cross, and when the veil was torn, these were all refined to "Love the LORD your God with all your mind, soul, spirit and strength, and your neighbor as your Being." Rabbinic legalisms and all cultures rules about God were fulfilled in favor of true, direct Relationship with God, as a child with its father. So no, orthodoxies in any manner are manmade, not of God. Fear is of the world. Love is the substance, the essence of Now Faith, not past nor future which seem real according to man's limited (mis) understanding. Be still, listen past the noisy mind and wait for Him to reveal whatever answer is asked for.

Our youth group was in a time of really seeking after the presence of God and after one of our worship team rehearsals we saw the manifestation of the Lords presence powerfully. Some weeping, some laughing, some dancing with joy, and one young adult “got stuck” just like she described standing up. Literally in same position for hours. Even when crying his face didn’t change just tears streaming down his face. But didn’t move a muscle it was the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever seen. After he said he was in a vision from the Lord and He spoke to him. Now a couple years later the young man not only serves the Lord but works for a church travels doing music ministry and is powerful voice for this generation. God does what He wants how He wants. We just have to be willing to let Him have His way in our lives!!! God is so good! I Pray you get to see this too and soon. Hope this builds your faith. Blessings
Why was my comment deleted when it supported this minister in being a female minister? Hmm. This circumstance is truly odd. I think I may not be back to this channel as a result unless it was wicked RUclips that did it which seems to be the case. How very sad! No matter the obstacles placed in the way of getting this message out, God’s Holy Spirit will prevail in stopping women from being persecuted by supposed other Christians in the church if by no other than when the Lord Raptures us to Him. 3rd Part of My Comment That Was Deleted Also, perhaps someone would like to look up how Junius, a female, was an apostle as well (Romans 16:7). And as you mentioned, we need to remember Pricilla along with her husband who ‘explained’ things about the gospel more clearly TO A MAN, Apollos. And we should remember, as another person pointed out, Philip’s four daughters who were PROPHETESSES! That means they actually held the office of prophet. Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth, was a pastor as well. (Pastors back then weren’t like they are now, however.) On top of all of that, Jesus changed the unfair perception of His day against women that men could not be seen as committing adultery on their wives. He actually said according to Mark 10:11, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her” (1984 NIV). And according to Matthew 19 8-9 Jesus said, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, EXCEPT FOR MARITAL UNFAITHFULNESS, and marries another woman COMMITS ADULTERY (1984 NIV). He stated that He/God ordered for one man to have one woman and one woman to have one man as it was in the Garden of Eden. He was sure to point out that anything else was NOT God’s PERFECT will.
Today I am very skeptical of these supernatural movements from the Pentecost Charismatic scene. I still believe in spiritual gifts today and was in this movement for a long time. But I've been out of there for 4 years. GOD has shown me everything. 1.ens Man is! a living soul and not a 3-part being. 2.ens GOD, GOD Abba is the only one and the Holy Spirit emanates from Him, Dynamis. 3 ens. Jesus the Christ is a perfect human being and not an incarnated GOD dressed in the flesh. He is the Son of God and not God the Son. John 17:3. And 4,ens. There is no eternal hell. 4th Part of My Comment That Was Deleted Let’s not forget Prophetess Miriam (Moses’ sister) who kept watch over Moses when he was a baby and sought out his real biological mother to nurse him and helped in the ministry to the Israelites or Deborah from the Old Testament who was a judge (the equivalent of a U.S. president or an Israeli prime minister today) over all Israel. Also, let’s take a moment to remember how God used Queen Esther as a ‘deliverer’ to save her people from certain destruction because her ancestor King Saul, a man, didn’t follow the instruction of God to wipe out the Amalekites. And let’s even look at the Prophetess Huldah whom King Josiah sought out for a word from God. Not to stop there, note how Moses even freed women from the oppression of their day with regard to property. He made it so that a woman could actually own property,not just being given to men but to women/daughters also when no sons were had. This was the the case of Zelophahad in Numbers.
When you are outside God's will, you are open ground for the devil's attacks. Those attacks at Maria was not from God, they were from the devil because she was outside God's will.

Our focus is the part of this verse that says: everything that does not come from faith is sin. This ofcourse includes actions which in the verse the action of eating is mentioned, but this principle applies to other actions as well because the verse says "everything". But what is faith. According to Roman's 10:17 Faith is that which cometh by hearing and hearing by God's word Since God's word is God's will, faith is a result of your interactions with God's word precisely by way of 'hearing'. So to be outside God's will, means that person is outside of faith, i.e. outside of the realms of faith i.e. outside of the realms of the 'hearings from God'. And being outside God's will is sin as Adam and Eve's story in the fall of man demonstrates where they heard from God, but operated outside what they heard. Please cast your mind back to the account in John 5 where from verse 1 to verse 9 we read of Jesus healing a man who had been sick for 38yrs. Jesus then left the man and later met the man again in John 5:14 we read of Jesus cautioning the man in these words John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: SIN NO MORE, lest a worse thing come unto thee. In order words, Jesus was saying to him, "do not stay out of God's will again or a worse thing will come unto you". So according to Jesus, this man man had been sinning or residing outside God's will, and this caused his 38 years of sufferings. We know this because Jesus said to him "sin NO MORE". For Jesus to add "no more" tells you he definetly had been sinning, so sin or being outside God's known will opened the door for the 38 year long sickness that rendered him dependent to gain access to him. So Jesus statement directly implies that all this man needs to do for him not to be sick again is to stop sinning and NOT SIN AGAIN or stay out of God's will as revealed to them at that time. Ofcourse Jesus added that sinning would also open him up to something worse than what he just got delivered from. Notice Jesus statement to this man is similar to what Jesus describes as the pattern evil forces abide by in their operations as shown in Matthew 12:43-45 and Luke 11:24-26 Ofcourse evil spirits were not directly responsible for this 38years of sickness, atleast not as we read from the text, but the idea of 'a worse thing coming on to him' if he keeps sinning fits the pattern that the forces of darkness align with. Notice also that Jesus in Luke 5:20, when a paralytic was brought for healing, instead of addressing sickness as he would normally do, he addressed sin first. This is because the man's sin caused the paralysis, so the sin or his stepping outside God's will which was causing the problem had to be dealt with first by way of forgiveness before the sickness could be dealt with successfully. And sin defined in simple terms is 'being outside God's will'. The story of Adam and Eve also shows this. They were fine until they acted outside God's will by operating outside the boundaries of God's word i.e. what God said to them. They were fine until they took action that were not of faith. So when one is outside God's will, that one is in no man's land where the forces of wickedness can use him/her as easy target practice to exercise their skills of torture and wickedness. Maria Woodworth-Etter was temporarily in this position, hence as surely as this was the case, she was easy target for the enemy and his wicked forces. Only solution was for her to step out of it as we see Jesus emphatically state in John 5:14 Matter of fact, permit me to say that the mental health crisis the world suffers today is directly explained by this. Of course 3 John 2 shows this clearly.

5th Part of My Comment That Was Deleted So in all these examples, how is it that God seemingly had more grace for women under the old than the new covenant though Jesus clearly reinstated women as depicted through Mary Magdalene and the other women with her? That does not seem to speak a very good word about the New Covenant of Grace; thus, the interpretation or translation of the passage in question regarding the treatment of women in the church must only then be in error. This is not even to mention that biologically Jesus, WHO IS ALMIGHTY CREATOR OF EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS, was born from a woman. “How can anything good come from a woman?” I do believe Jesus answered that! Let me just give the reader a little heads up with regard to the doctrines and traditions of man. If translated and interpreted Scripture is different from the stories laid out in the Bible TO SHOW THE WORD IN ACTION, something is wrong with the translation or the interpretation. It is especially true when hatred and bitterness and prejudice and intimidation (witchcraft) are at the root of that teaching. Furthermore, God can use anyone to speak through. He even used a donkey with regard to Balaam. So if He can use a donkey, surely He can speak when He prefers to through a woman who is an actual human being He can live in.

Angli Angeli I feel as if you are suggesting this kindly old woman is a viper? My honest response to that?? I’m not sure. I actually got bored and stopped watching the video, because she is doing what a bunch of modern charismatics do is recite a bunch of supernatural encounters with no possible verification. This women being discussed was from 1860, and they are discussing and bunch of newspaper articles which are very very rarely not highly distorted and sensationalized, and in some cases flat out fabricated to attack people. I did listen to 2, 10 min preaching clips from Mariah and was shocked how eloquent flowing and accurate they were (by accurate i mean biblical), but 20 min is not a very through investigation of the matter so i wont presume to claim i know where shes stands. Other than she appeared a more on track (theologically) version of your average pentecostal preacher (who at times were dangerously unlearned and developed odd doctrines. They would of course despute this but my experience as a believer of 30 years is sometimes scripture takes intense study and training to understand. Much has been lost after 2000 years as our cultures and languages are entirely different than the biblical authors and i have received incredible training and revelation from people who have intensely studied greek and hebrew to pull out meanings from the word. As far as the general topic of dreams and visions and “trances” which i am assuming you are addressing (although you did not specify which viper?? Perhaps it was the viper of unbelief which clearly is dragging some billions of souls into hell). Why would i look further than the words of the Apostles and Prophets?? The Apostle John says “Beloved test every spirit not ever spirit is from god.” and Paul says “Dont quench the spirit don’t despise prophetic utterances, examine everything carefully and hold fast to that which is good.”. Well those are amazing verses because the modern churches completely ignore both verses and both points in each verse. The charismatic churches test nothing and hold fast to every thing as they are so desperate for supernatural encounters. In doing so they have in many cases been almost completely overrun by evil spirits and new age/ witchcraft practices that some a close to “dens of vipers” (or dens of sheep being bit to death by vipers) and yes to answer you question i have fled from a few of these. However the evangelicals (god bless their hearts). Have ignored the verse as well as the declare Mr. Apostle.... the greatest of all Apostles who laid his head on the breast of Jesus and saw the vision of the Apocalypse you sir are in error!!! There are no spirits to Test!! All this has passed away!! Bless your wee deluded heart! (after all brother we are products of the age of science not that this could possibly affect our theology). What of Paul the greatest evangelist in history bless you heart but the gifts have passed.... don’t you know there is no prophesy!! Your council’s to test the spirits (behind the prophetic word) are null and void it is all passed and gone. One wonders as AW tozer wondered “then why God did you put it in my bible??”. One would think paul would bother to mention that or Jesus would say instead of “False Prophets and teachers will come but you shall know them by their fruit”.(i.e test the spirits). that no prophets are teachers will come after my chosen 12 pass, or there will be nothing to test at all just hold fast to the cannon. No He made clear both the true and the false are coming. No refuting cessationism is child’s play. One can do that with even a rudimentary understanding of the word. The fact full men with PhD’s in theology would interpret “When the perfect comes the temporary will pass”, as the perfect referring to the “cannon” (a topic which did not even exist at the time) instead of the obvious contextual reference “the coming off Jesus seeing him face to face, inheriting the perfected resurrected bodies(at the resurrection) and seeing the perfected kingdom of god established on earth, completely blows my mind and certainly proves demonic activity is alive and well in the churches even among the most talented and dedicated. No wonder the Apostles warned us to test everything. So if by fleeing the den of vipers you mean “Fleeing from a ‘god is dead deistic faith’ where god ceased to move or exist some 2000 years ago, heathen, materialistic, enlightenment (that is the reason of man) focused religious system”. And to Flee the corresponding response to that system the “Wow we just re-discovered the Gnostic faith and believe everything on the spiritual realm is good and normal things are bad therefore we will test nothing” Charisimania ? The answer is yes to both. As far as this miriah woodworth eddard I have no idea. I have not studied enough, and as far as the boring woman in the video, i don’t know either. As soon as i hear charismatics babbling on about miracles and then realize they aren’t going to test any of them or verify any of them, I just want to cry and put my eyes out. It pains me that badly. As for me ive seen 3 medically verified healing miracles. All fatal diseases healed, all with a thousands of dollars of medical testing and doctors confessing that is was impossible (one actually called it a “miracle”). I was a stone cold atheist until jesus walked up to me in a vision i fell into (or maybe its what the bible calls a trance, like ya know peter had when he learned the gentiles were to be allowed it). I was so shocked of the experience and unaware of Christianity i began reading the book of John to try to understand what had happened only to find exact quotes from what Jesus said to me in the vision in the book of John! (needless to say i was no longer atheist and spent a lot of time reading the bible). So i have no doubt such thing do happen but are likely massively over reported by the charismatic (much to everyone’s harm), and also demons have come to people and spoken to them on that manner as well.

*My understanding, based on the teaching of a Hebrew scholar, is that this passage from Paul more correctly referred to "in the assembly" -- which was a business meeting, conducted by men at that time. It does NOT mean that a woman cannot teach or preach. The last part of the second sentence refers to women not usurping administrative positions from men. I am just listening to this program now, but Dr. Vaughan has had a wonderful career, and she surely knows whereof she speaks. Further, there are more than one good Bible translations. May YHWH help us to be free of a religious spirit.*

Just be careful and remember the unforgivable sin is Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit meaning calling a move of God being of the devil. And people forget about how Mary Magdalene was the apostle to the apostles in that Jesus ‘sent’ her and other women on a mission to the other apostles to tell them that He was returning to His Father because she was the FIRST that HE CHOSE to show He had risen from the dead. Note that this exchange between them took place when she saw Him AFTER He had come back to life. Keep in mind that she was sent to testify about Jesus’ resurrection to them BY JESUS HIMSELF, seeing Him Face to Face FIRST post resurrection, and to tell them to meet Him in Galilee. I do believe that trumps any notion that Paul’s supposed ‘women-are-bad’ and ‘not-to-be-trusted’ doctrine was superior to the actual actions (denoting real doctrine) of Jesus. In so appearing to women first and appointing Mary (and the other women present) as an apostle to the apostles, Jesus in reality reinstated ALL redeemed women.
Remember that, at the time when Jesus did as such with Mary Magdalene, women were considered little more than breeding machines. They couldn’t even testify in court. Yet Jesus chose A WOMAN to testify to MEN as to His being resurrected and returning to the Father and wanting to meet them in Galilee! Did the men listen? No. (My...just such sadness over how things have not changed over millennia that have gone by!) How did Jesus respond to that? HE REBUKED THEM OPENLY FOR IT! Peter was the only one, along with another (there is some debate about who that was) who listened and ran to the tomb; and they were blessed for it...though Peter had originally denied the Lord. Just look at Mark 16:9-14, Luke 24:1-12, John 20:10-18, and Matthew 28:1-10 for confirmation of all I wrote above.

In other words, love each other! Don’t in pride try to dominate others just because you can. When in doubt about what a passage means, always go back to Jesus’ core teachings and always make sure any interpretation agrees fully with ALL other Scripture. If it doesn’t, something is wrong. Figure out what it is. Don’t just drop it. All we need to do is research through MANY interpretations of a given confusing passage and go back through the original Greek and Hebrew and Aramaic and extrapolate the pertinent information to the subject matter and come up with a conclusion that agrees completely with Scripture. Sadly, sometimes even that is wrong because of human error. So the ONLY ONE we can count on after all is said and done is the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth and bring back to mind what is missing.
In the meantime, love is supposed to be the go to. And what I’ve seen here is not love but hatred and bitterness on the part of those trying further to oppress women though Christian women are covered and arrayed in Jesus’ Robe of Righteousness and clothed in His Garments of Salvation/His Spiritual Water and have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them as a part of the very Temple of the Living God. Who are you, O Man, to tread on the Holy Spirit of God?
And the pièce de résistance, is that Paul also wrote this passage in Galatians 3:26-29 (1984 NIV): “You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, MALE NOR FEMALE, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Now how is 1 Timothy 2:11-15 correctly translated and interpreted by that commenter when Paul also wrote this passage listed above in Galatians?

Jesus epitomizes walking in the Spirit, wholly yielded to and the example of living light and love from inside out, free of ALL worldly mindsets, traditions, habits and dualties. Head coverings along with 613 rules and regs after the big ten Moses carried into an oral tradition, were made complete on the cross, and when the veil was torn, these were all refined to "Love the LORD your God with all your mind, soul, spirit and strength, and your neighbor as your Being." Rabbinic legalisms and all cultures rules about God were fulfilled in favor of true, direct Relationship with God, as a child with its father. So no, orthodoxies in any manner are manmade, not of God. Fear is of the world. Love is the substance, the essence of Now Faith, not past nor future which seem real according to man's limited (mis) understanding. Be still, listen past the noisy mind and wait for Him to reveal whatever answer is asked for.

Our youth group was in a time of really seeking after the presence of God and after one of our worship team rehearsals we saw the manifestation of the Lords presence powerfully. Some weeping, some laughing, some dancing with joy, and one young adult “got stuck” just like she described standing up. Literally in same position for hours. Even when crying his face didn’t change just tears streaming down his face. But didn’t move a muscle it was the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever seen. After he said he was in a vision from the Lord and He spoke to him. Now a couple years later the young man not only serves the Lord but works for a church travels doing music ministry and is powerful voice for this generation. God does what He wants how He wants. We just have to be willing to let Him have His way in our lives!!! God is so good! I Pray you get to see this too and soon. Hope this builds your faith. Blessings

I think I may not be back to this channel as a result unless it was wicked RUclips that did it which seems to be the case. How very sad! Also, perhaps someone would like to look up how Junius, a female, was an apostle as well (Romans 16:7). And as you mentioned, we need to remember Pricilla along with her husband who ‘explained’ things about the gospel more clearly TO A MAN, Apollos. And we should remember, as another person pointed out, Philip’s four daughters who were PROPHETESSES! That means they actually held the office of prophet. Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth, was a pastor as well. (Pastors back then weren’t like they are now, however.)
On top of all of that, Jesus changed the unfair perception of His day against women that men could not be seen as committing adultery on their wives. He actually said according to Mark 10:11, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her” (1984 NIV). And according to Matthew 19 8-9 Jesus said, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, EXCEPT FOR MARITAL UNFAITHFULNESS, and marries another woman COMMITS ADULTERY (1984 NIV). He stated that He/God ordered for one man to have one woman and one woman to have one man as it was in the Garden of Eden. He was sure to point out that anything else was NOT God’s PERFECT will.
Today I am very skeptical of these supernatural movements from the Pentecost Charismatic scene. I still believe in spiritual gifts today and was in this movement for a long time. But I've been out of there for 4 years. GOD has shown me everything. 1.ens Man is! a living soul and not a 3-part being. 2.ens GOD, GOD Abba is the only one and the Holy Spirit emanates from Him, Dynamis.
3 ens. Jesus the Christ is a perfect human being and not an incarnated GOD dressed in the flesh. He is the Son of God and not God the Son. John 17:3.
And 4,ens. There is no eternal hell. For this a judgment from GOD. Shalom

Let’s not forget Prophetess Miriam (Moses’ sister) who kept watch over Moses when he was a baby and sought out his real biological mother to nurse him and helped in the ministry to the Israelites or Deborah from the Old Testament who was a judge (the equivalent of a U.S. president or an Israeli prime minister today) over all Israel. Also, let’s take a moment to remember how God used Queen Esther as a ‘deliverer’ to save her people from certain destruction because her ancestor King Saul, a man, didn’t follow the instruction of God to wipe out the Amalekites. And let’s even look at the Prophetess Huldah whom King Josiah sought out for a word from God.
Not to stop there, note how Moses even freed women from the oppression of their day with regard to property. He made it so that a woman could actually own property,not just being given to men but to women/daughters also when no sons were had. This was the the case of Zelophahad in Numbers.
When you are outside God's will, you are open ground for the devil's attacks.
Those attacks at Maria was not from God, they were from the devil because she was outside God's will.

Roman's 14:23 says
But whoever has doubt is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.
Our focus is the part of this verse that says:
everything that does not come from faith is sin.
This ofcourse includes actions which in the verse the action of eating is mentioned, but this principle applies to other actions as well because the verse says "everything".
But what is faith. According to Roman's 10:17
Faith is that which cometh by hearing and hearing by God's word
Since God's word is God's will, faith is a result of your interactions with God's word precisely by way of 'hearing'.
So to be outside God's will, means that person is outside of faith, i.e. outside of the realms of faith i.e. outside of the realms of the 'hearings from God'.
And being outside God's will is sin as Adam and Eve's story in the fall of man demonstrates where they heard from God, but operated outside what they heard.
Please cast your mind back to the account in John 5 where from verse 1 to verse 9 we read of Jesus healing a man who had been sick for 38yrs. Jesus then left the man and later met the man again in John 5:14 we read of Jesus cautioning the man in these words
John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: SIN NO MORE, lest a worse thing come unto thee.
In order words, Jesus was saying to him, "do not stay out of God's will again or a worse thing will come unto you".
So according to Jesus, this man man had been sinning or residing outside God's will, and this caused his 38 years of sufferings.
We know this because Jesus said to him "sin NO MORE". For Jesus to add "no more" tells you he definetly had been sinning, so sin or being outside God's known will opened the door for the 38 year long sickness that rendered him dependent to gain access to him.
So Jesus statement directly implies that all this man needs to do for him not to be sick again is to stop sinning and NOT SIN AGAIN or stay out of God's will as revealed to them at that time. Ofcourse Jesus added that sinning would also open him up to something worse than what he just got delivered from.
Notice Jesus statement to this man is similar to what Jesus describes as the pattern evil forces abide by in their operations as shown in Matthew 12:43-45 and Luke 11:24-26
Ofcourse evil spirits were not directly responsible for this 38years of sickness, atleast not as we read from the text, but the idea of 'a worse thing coming on to him' if he keeps sinning fits the pattern that the forces of darkness align with.
Notice also that Jesus in Luke 5:20, when a paralytic was brought for healing, instead of addressing sickness as he would normally do, he addressed sin first. This is because the man's sin caused the paralysis, so the sin or his stepping outside God's will which was causing the problem had to be dealt with first by way of forgiveness before the sickness could be dealt with successfully.
And sin defined in simple terms is 'being outside God's will'.
The story of Adam and Eve also shows this. They were fine until they acted outside God's will by operating outside the boundaries of God's word i.e. what God said to them.
They were fine until they took action that were not of faith.
So when one is outside God's will, that one is in no man's land where the forces of wickedness can use him/her as easy target practice to exercise their skills of torture and wickedness.
Maria Woodworth-Etter was temporarily in this position, hence as surely as this was the case, she was easy target for the enemy and his wicked forces. Only solution was for her to step out of it as we see Jesus emphatically state in John 5:14
Matter of fact, permit me to say that the mental health crisis the world suffers today is directly explained by this. Of course 3 John 2 shows this clearly.
You are not being sensible here AT ALL. All saints are attacked by the devil, even moreso than the lost. The lost he SOMETIMES LEAVES ALONE as there's no work to be done there, Satan is finished so he has to go elsewhere to tempt & try to destroy the good. So in all these examples, how is it that God seemingly had more grace for women under the old than the new covenant though Jesus clearly reinstated women as depicted through Mary Magdalene and the other women with her? That does not seem to speak a very good word about the New Covenant of Grace; thus, the interpretation or translation of the passage in question regarding the treatment of women in the church must only then be in error. This is not even to mention that biologically Jesus, WHO IS ALMIGHTY CREATOR OF EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS, was born from a woman. “How can anything good come from a woman?” I do believe Jesus answered that!
Let me just give the reader a little heads up with regard to the doctrines and traditions of man. If translated and interpreted Scripture is different from the stories laid out in the Bible TO SHOW THE WORD IN ACTION, something is wrong with the translation or the interpretation. It is especially true when hatred and bitterness and prejudice and intimidation (witchcraft) are at the root of that teaching. Furthermore, God can use anyone to speak through. He even used a donkey with regard to Balaam. So if He can use a donkey, surely He can speak when He prefers to through a woman who is an actual human being He can live in.

I actually got bored and stopped watching the video, because she is doing what a bunch of modern charismatics do is recite a bunch of supernatural encounters with no possible verification.
This women being discussed was from 1860, and they are discussing and bunch of newspaper articles which are very very rarely not highly distorted and sensationalized, and in some cases flat out fabricated to attack people.
I did listen to 2, 10 min preaching clips from Mariah and was shocked how eloquent flowing and accurate they were (by accurate i mean biblical), but 20 min is not a very through investigation of the matter so i wont presume to claim i know where shes stands. Other than she appeared a more on track (theologically) version of your average pentecostal preacher (who at times were
dangerously unlearned and developed odd doctrines.
They would of course despute this but my experience as a believer of 30 years is sometimes scripture takes intense study and training to understand. Much has been lost after 2000 years as our cultures and languages are entirely different than the biblical authors and i have received incredible training and revelation from people who have intensely studied greek and hebrew to pull out meanings from the word.
As far as the general topic of dreams and visions and “trances” which i am assuming you are addressing (although you did not specify which viper?? Perhaps it was the viper of unbelief which clearly is dragging some billions of souls into hell). Why would i look further than the words of the Apostles and Prophets??
The Apostle John says “Beloved test every spirit not ever spirit is from god.” and Paul says “Dont quench the spirit don’t despise prophetic utterances, examine everything carefully and hold fast to that which is good.”. Well those are amazing verses because the modern churches completely ignore both verses and both points in each verse.
The charismatic churches test nothing and hold fast to every thing as they are so desperate for supernatural encounters. In doing so they have in many cases been almost completely overrun by evil spirits and new age/ witchcraft practices that some a close to “dens of vipers” (or dens of sheep being bit to death by vipers) and yes to answer you question i have fled from a few of these.
However the evangelicals (god bless their hearts). Have ignored the verse as well as
the declare Mr. Apostle.... the greatest of all Apostles who laid his head on the breast of Jesus and saw the vision of the Apocalypse you sir are in error!!! There are no spirits to Test!! All this has passed away!! Bless your wee deluded heart! (after all brother we are

No refuting cessationism is child’s play. One can do that with even a rudimentary understanding of the word. The fact full men with PhD’s in theology would interpret “When the perfect comes the temporary will pass”, as the perfect referring to the “cannon” (a topic which did not even exist at the time) instead of the obvious contextual reference “the coming off Jesus seeing him face to face, inheriting the perfected resurrected bodies(at the resurrection) and seeing the perfected kingdom of god established on earth, completely blows my mind and certainly proves demonic activity is alive and well in the churches even among the most talented and dedicated. No wonder the Apostles warned us to test everything.
So if by fleeing the den of vipers you mean “Fleeing from a ‘god is dead deistic faith’ where god ceased to move or exist some 2000 years ago, heathen, materialistic, enlightenment (that is the reason of man) focused religious system”. And to Flee the corresponding response to that system the “Wow we just re-discovered the Gnostic faith and believe everything on the spiritual realm is good and normal things are bad therefore we will test nothing” Charisimania ? The answer is yes to both.
As far as this miriah woodworth eddard I have no idea. I have not studied enough, and as far as the boring woman in the video, i don’t know either. As soon as i hear charismatics babbling on about miracles and then realize they aren’t going to test any of them or verify any of them, I just want
to cry and put my eyes out. It pains me that badly.
As for me ive seen 3 medically verified healing miracles. All fatal diseases healed, all with a thousands of dollars of medical testing and doctors confessing that is was impossible (one actually called it a “miracle”). I was a stone cold atheist until jesus walked up to me in a vision i fell into (or maybe its what the bible calls a trance, like ya know peter had when he learned the gentiles were to be allowed it).
I was so shocked of the experience and unaware of Christianity i began reading the book of John to try to understand what had happened only to find exact quotes from what Jesus said to me in the vision in the book of John! (needless to say i was no longer atheist and spent a lot of time reading the bible). So i have no doubt such thing do happen but are likely massively over reported by the charismatic (much to everyone’s harm), and also demons have come to people and spoken to them on that manner as well.
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

*My understanding, based on the teaching of a Hebrew scholar, is that this passage from Paul more correctly referred to "in the assembly" -- which was a business meeting, conducted by men at that time. It does NOT mean that a woman cannot teach or preach. The last part of the second sentence refers to women not usurping administrative positions from men. I am just listening to this program now, but Dr. Vaughan has had a wonderful career, and she surely knows whereof she speaks. Further, there are more than one good Bible translations. May YHWH help us to be free of a religious spirit.*
