Pipette tip is not of 1 ml it is 0.1 ml and you are adding 0.1 ml in each testtube

Yes you are right it's 0.1 ml pipette but I transfer my sample 10 times with it ( coz at that time only 0.1 ml pipette was available), but I didn't add it in video just to remove time wastage, and tell everyone about transferring 1ml sample.😊

Cotton wool plugs are used to plug test-tubes to allow the passage of air, but prevent the passage of micro-organisms, but I performed this experiment in LAF, and also serial dilution performed without time gap so here we don't need cotton plug.
But if you have time intervals between transfer of dilution or also unavailability of LAF or you are using a pathogenic culture you can use cotton plug.😊
