It’s called Nostalgia : feeling happy and also slightly sad when you think about things that happened in the past, especially 🎶 Such a beautiful thing. 👏🏿👊🏿
Great reaction. Whenever I listen to this song I get the impression the musicians were just jamming in the studio and decided to add some words. When you can, check out the long version. For Another “I didn’t know that was a sample,” check out Think (about it) by Lyn Collins.
New subscriber. Saw and loved your reaction. Just FYI, you listened to the version on the "best of" compilation albums, which often cuts songs in half from their original album version. Zapp was a band that jammed and most songs on their albums were over 7 minutes long. For ex More Bounce to the Ounce is over 10 minutes long on the album version. Be Alright is almost 8 minutes long. You can find the original versions on You Tube. Keep up the good work!
@AGaneeReacts you gained a new subscriber. i will be looking forward to watching your videos and seeing your reacts. is possible to request songs to react too? maybe in the near future.
This is where he's producer got it from. It's no fault to him the label got it cleared. Plus Zapp has far better Hits and this was a less known track. So, keep your head up 😊
Truth be told, most major hits from rappers are samples. The very first rap hit done in 1979 was a sample! Rappers only added their voices, while the original true artists created the music.
Look All of Hip Hop from the 1970s to the 2000 were probably a Sample or a Tribute to a Group they love when they were Young... No body was Composing Original Music for a Rapper... LOL I am shocked that you are Shocked...

This was the single version. The full album version is a vibe.
Now wait a minute. Know this man/band & understand why west coast style was more musical than east coast beats.
