If this happened at the beginning of a run, it means Roblox teleported you into the hotel before it registered you leaving the lobby, causing this to happen 3. Roblox's system screwing up and sending you this for no reason.
Likely 3 as number 2 is very unlikely same as number 1 Number 2 is unlikely as he was running down a hallway and Number 1 is unlikely because yeah as he said in the video his password was long and he had 2 factor authentication

This can be concerning, because they might have your email and your emails password. And if they know your password (of your email) they can log onto your other private accounts. So I suggest u do something right now.
When you get hacked or someone got inside your account, roblox will send you an email that your account got hacked or ask you if you got in your account and they will ask you if you aren't log in in your account, roblox will give you a link to reset your password and change it

I've been in this situation before but still had my account. Try logging back in or if your password has been changed then go and click forgot password, verify email, and change your password to something more secure. My password was changed when someone else logged on my account I but changed the password via email.
