I do have some experience with this crap. Her case isn't the worst one. The case I saw was basically an old man (he used to be my relative), he doesn't recognize familiar faces (except for his daughter), keeps hiding from us under the bed (and some other things), he doesn't want any help and tears off parts of his skin like several times a day. I don't think he feels any pain at this point. And he doesn't want to take his pills. He screams that we want to poison him. And a few days ago he broke free from the house (well, it's not like we kept him there by force, but still), he went straight to the police and write a report on his daughter! Can you imagine? He wrote smth about death and poisoning, ya know, he really believes that we try to hurt him.
