Homelander and Omniman as DLC characters is absolutely amazing, they could not have come up with better options. Gonna be awesome to see them both have no limits, really hyped to play now.

Peacemaker’s more of an antihero who blurs the line. Omni-Man… can change at times. The other three are definitely freshly-squeezed evil to the core, though.
Ermac was on the heroes's side in Armageddon tho 🤔
imagine for each of the dlc fighters we get a new kameo character with them

Quan Chi's kameo fighter can easily be klassic Shang Tsung as Deadly Alliance.
Delete jaqcui briggs right now. This timeline is supposed to be perfect. At least say cassie.

This Takeda is the Takeda who started Scorpion's clan not the one from mk x
They way Omni man and Homelander arrive is a hint of how their personality are but also on how will play for sure .

The thing is, the characters from the packs in MK11 were involved in the story. I think it’d be so fun if they made an extra story like they did then with Omni-Man and Homelander.
but those were aftermath characters not base dlc so these probably wont be story but a 2nd set of characters will be story

Not necessarily. Those were only Aftermath characters. Rambo, terminator, robocop, spawn had no involvement

Cole Young is the insult to fans that everyone was aware of before that dumpster-fire of a movie was even released. I can't believe they're making a sequel to build on that horrible script. I loved Cary Tagawa's portrayal of Shang Tsung but that is the only thing I'll acknowledge from any of the live movies. As far as I'm concerned there has never been a legit live action MK movie & no sequel to that last movie is gonna fly. You already f*cked up & need to go back to the drawing board. Blood & gore in a MK movie should be a given & expected. We should never have to ask if that will be present & it's absence will create a defininate flop but blood' & gore does not make a good movie. The director/writer claimed to be a MK fan. I know a poser when I see one. And if your movie doesn't have a budget like Star Wars, LOTR or a Marvel film...DON'T BOTHER! F*ck their sequel. I will not watch it. Not even once. 😤

I don’t mind the mummy-ish look they’ve been recently going for, but I feel like Ermac looks his best when a mummy type design and a ninja type design are melded together. Stray too far in one direction and it feels a bit off to me.

he was honestly a C character i dont understand the love for him i was glad they got rid of the kombat kids they should have never existed in first place.
he was good to play with but i like characters fo their lore and takeda was just a next generation guy so he felt like any next generation guy , blank .

@@Eskimofo13 not saying this isn't happening but i want to be devils advocate here, MK games have done replacement VA's for characters before, best example being terminator not being voiced by Arnold but instead someone who was recommended by Arnorld and Joker being voiced by Raiden's VA in the NRS games even in spite of Kevin Conroy being in both Injustice games

Okay the guest characters are still the same as their source material but.
1. King Ermac of Edenia and Outworld.
2. Quan Chi Priest of the Underworld.
3. Takeda Shirairyu founder of the Shirairyu clan.

I'm excited for this lineup cast especially Takeda. The only issue I have though is that I didn't recognize Ermac when he stepped in, I seriously thought he was Dr. Doom or a different warlock wizard because of the green eyes. If it's not too difficult or late NRS, will you give Ermac a second review on his facial structure or at least give him a mask for any alternative costumes before his release? I don't mind the overall design but it was difficult to tell who he was because of the face reveal.

@@RastaganTheGreen No I think he's been slowly adopting a new identity to distance himself from the "palate swap ninja" thing, Subzero and Scorpion got fleshed out a lot in 9 and X, Noob Saibot is more or less adopted the Grim Reaper aesthetic in 11, I think Rain reminds me the most of Kanye of all people than Prince, and Reptile is Reptile. Even his default outfit in X was fine because his face was partially hidden so there was that mysterious feeling about him.

@@GabrielaQueenOfSocks Joker and Peacemaker are DC characters, and allegedly Harley Quinn and Deathstroke might make it in as well. I guess it has more something to do with whether that DC character fits in a more violent backdrop or not. Those four characters make a lot more sense than let’s say, I dunno, Blue Beetle or Starfire or Green Lantern or Flash.

3 Things:
-I look forward to Homelander and Omni man's fatalities. Even though they roughly have the same powers.
-I can't wait for their clash dialogues
-Peacemakers' dialogues on all of the characters, because I cannot imagine how much they could put in for Peacemaker's commentary on all the characters. Like that one episode he listed out names and the way he ranted about Batman. Which is something they should add as a call back to if any of the MK characters mentions injustice characters.

Takeda is definitely a huge win! This whole dlc pack slaps! Id love to see Kombat Pack 2 be based on video game charaters. Some good examples would be Big Daddy from Bioshock, Simon Ghost Riley from MW, and Master Chief from Halo. William Butcher would be a great addition considering his hatred towards Homelander. Will Smith as Hancock would be hilarous but also fit the "superhero" theme going here. The Mask would be solid competition with his ability to break the 4th wall, it can do anything. Alice and Nemesis from Resident Evil would be very fitting as well
