Thank you for the video! :) How do I manage to keep my feet "straight" and NOT dip the heal much when I stand in the stirrups?!? It requires A LOT of strength in the ancle, right?!
Hi Monika, first of all, if your heels dip too much when you stand they probably need more support. So, if you normally wear short riding boots try long ones instead. You may have loose ankle joints (many people do) and these need support. You could also try wrapping a bandage around each ankle (figure eight style) and see if it helps if it does this tells you that your ankles need the support.
