This abyss is pretty hard and theres quite a bit of RNG in chamber 2.
Good single target damage is important for the first half and good AOE is important in the second.
I highly recommend a Beidou team for the second half since she has great AOE, defensive utility and sheild breaking.
Freeze also seems really good for the 2nd half. The consecrated beasts are a bit resistant to freeze, but it should still work.
Don't be afraid to switch up teams if you have to.

I 33 star the abyss with a hyperbloom raiden team and a neuvillette freeze team. Tho, idk if I should build these teams..
You don't have to build the teams I use. The ones you have are good and should be fine. Be aware that I have a lot of constellations and multiple R5 weapons (notably the Favonious Sword) and great artifacts. My 4 star runs are made so I can give people tips on things like positioning, mechanics and making due with less characters available to me (e.g. having only 1 good Hydro 4 Star).
If you have a well built C2 Beidou, she'll work well on the second half in a Neuvillette team, but don't feel like you have to copy the teams I use. A good Hyperbloom Team will probably be better than the Rev Melt Team I used for the top half at least.
A Neuvillette taser team on the second half might be better than freeze. It might give you more damage and might break the lectors shield faster (especially with Beidou).
I recommend making the teams you already have (and like) stronger with artifacts and talent lvls. If you aren't at my level of investment, you probably won't get the same results I do with the teams I use.
c2 beidou works? or is c6 mandatory?
C2 is enough, it's her most important con. If you need more shield break you can switch out the Traveller for another another Hydro character or Fischl.
if I dont run dendro in my electro team, do I still need to destroy SIMON construct?
If you mean the constructs at 7:05, you will need to destroy them. You can only stop SIMON's invisibility with aggravate, which needs Dendro and Electro.
