    You transfer it to illustrator for customising measurement???
    How do you customise measurement as per client..?

    • @FelixOnn1
      @FelixOnn1 Год назад +7

      As is from my understanding (never really used clo3d, just by seem other videos) you can measure on clo3d itself. I think they took the patter to illustrator just to fit it on papers and being able to print it

      I think marvelous designer doesn't allow export. I guess the company wants you to pay more for marvelous designer. Software rent is just a rip off.
      I think however that you can take a picture of your pattern, import into illustrator and trace with pen tool.

    Can be even more green by having a projector that overlays on the fabric. That way you can keep all your adjustments in one place.

    Not the future of fashion it lacks true beauty, movement and character. It would be more useful for activewear or to remain in the digital world on characters in a video game.
    There are levels to design many levels

    Hi, does it take less time than drafting pattern with paper? I'd like to learn it but feel it's a waste of time if it takes the same amount of time as traditional pattern drafting

    • @grmnt.studio
      @grmnt.studio  Год назад +1

      CLO is for those who design... if you just want to do a classic pattern, it's not necessary. If you want to create something unique, that's where it shines.
