I have tried your pizza recipe with yeast although my yeast wasn't expired but still it didn't activate i think because bubbles wasn't visible the way u told so is it because of water quantity or what else can be the reason?

Hello, by date on the packet it may not be expired but it still get expired if not stored well.. I store it in freezer in a zip lock pouch inside an airtight container..
