Thank you for this discussion. Living in Asheville the loss of Captain Bowen hit me pretty hard. Still does. It also hurts and blows my mind that this is still an open investigation. I just want this solved and this person is behind bars. Today is now 10 years. Rest in peace Jeff Bowen.
And burn in hell to the arsonist.
