  • A lot of people have trouble with getting their gluteus complex to accept load or eccentrically load. This drill is a great way to work on a loaded variation of some of your typical external rotation stretches.

    Does this progressively strengthen your muscles. I'm fine on one side but the other side is weaker.

    Hmmm okay but when you have 90/90 doing this excersise? Xd
