It came time to do my Step four in NA. WAY more detailed than step four in the big book. So she sent me here and we’re doing the AA Step four first time, and then do the intensive NA later, if I want to. (I do). But I’ve been putting it off for years when I hear about people taking anywhere from months to years to finish it!
And life is hard right basically but my life on hold street life you would be tried so taking person life I have to stop at 4 listen to Joe Charlie word 💔 my life and work one by one recntmet in my life here I go righting
Fear - (in) security - esteem. Sex relation is difficult in my area, probably because the cultural attitude is puritan in nature. Members here believe anger and a poor attitude are (the) defects of character. Yea it's sad , it simply means our wonderful fellowship looks likes groundhogs day (the same members with the same problems (decade after decade) . Simple when a defect is activated I fall short in any given area in my life (family employer community and relationships). The promise is freedom.

There are 8 columns for step 4 resentments there is no worksheet and more than just 4 columns in the Big Book, whoever made this did not read the Big Book. Step 4 instructions are clearly laid out.
