Hmm, phase rush is always good for those annoying matchups eg yone yasuo even cass but u are obv trading the mobility for dmg so its still viable - but u might not snowball cus u miss a kill cus of not going elec.. but then again phase rush always you to get autos / trades u otherwise wouldnt be able to.. so the simple answer is - it works, im not going phase atm

@@tiffschannel hey brother, if you are running nimbus cloak (gives u MS when u use ur summs) u can sometimes run them down yeh, but there are few champs u can do it too - eg qiyana - champs like yasuo, yone, u will hard lose if u Q in level 1 even if u have ignite and they have TP
