hands down the best self defense instructor I have seen , his stuff is so much more realistic than ANY krav maga, wing tsun, etc...
"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." What about Tony Blauer?
@@xxdummyfreshful ...he was Tony's student
I don't think it's the art it's thr approach his deal is strictly offensive in nature.
Exceptional content as always from Richard Dimitri 👍👏
excellent plus easy to learn!
Richards work will go down in history as one of the very best
I have been a fan of Rich's principles for a long time. He knows his stuff.
Very, very good! As always! Thanks for the video! Take care and be safe!
His physique has changed so much over the years
Rockstarr606 I think he switched to body weight work as opposed to weights. Plus he’s getting older.
Wonderful clip, thanks for sharing. Senshido and Rich have largely vanished now, but what they put out is still the best RBSD training principles around.
Yeah... what happened to Senshido?
Great, truly great tuition., thank you. Saved, Liked & Subscribed
1st time watching one of your videos. I got busy and it popped up after a video I was watching. I heard the quickest way to F him up and Rip off his face. I had to pause until I had time to sit down and watch. I can already tell; this is going to be my type of video.
Excellent !! And so practical !!
a natural punch in the nose doesnt hesitates, again a punch in the nose is also consider a form of self defense. most self defense techniques comes with patterns and as unpredictable combat is you can lose your teeths for being so formal. but they do work if you come across a drunk, a slow trouble maker or someone who gives you the time of the day. a split second palm push on the opponent face is nothing painful.
Excellent suff , as always :)
The only guy who I’ve the privilege too train with that asked any student in the seminar ( he did normally get the biggest one ) say …. Come at me with any attack
I would like to see Richard Dimitri try that shredder against my flying, spinning, upside down thunder dragon kick from the bowels of Hell to his head!!!!!!!!!! My body is registered as a weapon by the New York City Horticulture Society, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
LOLOLOL

even with all these practical self defence classes, the result would be the same with traditional martial artists, on the streets, it would all be pure brawling
His way of blocking a punch doesn't work against a heavy blow. Try this on a resisting opponent in sparring. Look for Lee Morrison's cover and crash which is way more effective.
If someone closes the gap it takes all the power from the punch. Rich always steps in... most step back & then its like a frieght train... not many fighters expect someone they are attacking to step into it.
lee morrison disagrees, hes a huge dimitri admirer.
U don't know what Ur talking about...even Lee Morrison likes Richard's stuff...
😂😂
