I have followed every guide and successfully got through them all with frustration and anger but in the end it feels good to get the Legend achievement. That plane trick at the beginning took me a few tries (about 30 minutes to get the first one to work and another 3 tries of glitching through the map at the end of the flight), but I finally got it and made it through the part of this mission I hated the most. The hammer run seems to have been patched. I keep slowing down while running with it and now i wished I got the rocket launcher. Though there does seem to be a greater stride while holding it, not sure if that's just a graphics bug or I am really moving faster before I get shot and slow to a snail's pace. Thank you so much to you and Joker. I used some of each of your tricks through these speedruns and it made playing Legendary a little easier.

And to everyone else, the tricks seems godlike but keep practicing and you'll surely get it at least once and that's all it takes. It beats fighting through the hordes of legendary enemies on some parts. Helioskrill unlocked in less than 5 days!

Whoa, had no idea you could just skip the broadsword section. I used to hate this section because everything is the same shade of gray - the walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, enemies...very hard to tell what's what on my original Xbox 360
There is a load zone that is really hit or miss with both your guys' tutorials during the last part of the out of map flight. When joker flies back in and turns 180 and then down.... If you dont fly far enough straight back before the map jumps in your face..... you don't get the script where chief talks and the screen shrinks to the letterbox with black bars on top and bottom. If that doesn't load, then that center area where we gotta blow up those 5 or 6 targets.... It does not spawn the targets. Its a real pain in the ass to keep flying this over and over only to not have that shit load up. Otherwise, cool tutorials.....both you guys!

Okay, I admit, I only yesterday pressed the sub buT-Ton. Up until now, I had been leeching tips and tricks and advice........but I realized that I have made a fuckload of progress towards HelioSkrill. Yeah yeah, I know it's 2019 and I'm playin MCC like it's new and tryin to get the Armor like it's gonna make me Cool. Na, really I just wanna beat all the games on Legendary so I can say I did it. .......and I want that damn armor. Anyway, good job you guys. Ima stat subbed up cuz I can be pretty sure that these channels will be a great show to watch when Infinity is released. Which is another reason I want all the games completed on Legendary including 5..... They might have some kinda exclusive content for those who have beaten all the games. Is there any easier way out of that glitch in the beginning? I dont care if it takes a little longer, its just that a nice trick to skip the whole flying section doesnt do much good if its impossible to escape at the end
God man I really really hate grenade jumping in this inconsistent game, I do nothing different, yet sometimes I reach that ledge and sometimes I don't, I have no idea what the formula is or what the coding is, I just do the same thing over and over, but sometimes I make it, sometimes I don't, I have no idea. All luck.
Agreed, it's a very beautiful level and it's fun but I've always been let down by it. When I first played I couldn't believe that was the ending. It wasn't very cinematic like awesome endings in the past. The Warthog escapes in 1 (also blowing the reactor) and 3, the epic Great Journey from 2 (it has everything Hunter allies, Johnson as an ally, tanks, banshees and a cool boss battle), and Noble Six's last stand from Reach. This level started off awesome with the flying but once you crash it turns into just another level of fighting through tons of Prometheans like you've been doing most of the game. If they'd actually made The Didact a boss you could fight instead of just a dumb QTE it would have been much cooler. Or better yet, made it so that the flying was the final part of the mission and let the game end by blowing his ship up like fuckin' Death Star. Same with Halo 5, the final level is kind of just another level of the same old shit and then it ends on a QTE. I don't really have a problem with the story of either 4 or 5, and I like the gameplay, I just hate how the last levels aren't really special they're just harder versions of the same stuff you've been doing all game long then you get a QTE and a cutscene. Kind of unfulfilling.
Is there any way to skip the crawlers infinitely spawning? or tips on how to run to the portal easier??? I have tried about 15 times on legendary and always die right before i hit the portal or get knocked off the platform EDIT EVEN THO IT SAYS EDIT: Thanks for the guide, used the gravity hammer and infinite sprint to get past the crawlers and run to the portal.
About the machine gun thing when i saw it first time i thought it was just chief not managing with out cortana but well looking at the original that is just a bug...
Do you know what causes those man canons at the end to not launch you far enough? That keeps happening on my legendary runs and I'm not liking that too much :|
Nak3d Eli Running diagonally/zig-zag from crocodiles/alligators doesn't actually work. I've listened to experts from Katherine in the Northern Territory and its just a common but untrue fact.
You just run through it and kill a few of those flying things. I do the exact same thing... still died. If you’re gunna post a video explaining, actually explain, don’t just say, just keep doing it lol.
No way any of these speed runs are real. The amount of damage you take while your shields are down is absolutely unrealistic, not even just in this video. Cool mod though.

can not get the first skip to work,
the area doesnt load in and theres nothing to shoot at ...

Irixion Happened to me once, not sure honestly. Try hitting the lifting at sprinting pace without jumping.

ERRM Speedruns don't use skulls, unless it's a LASO speed run, so probably not.
John Zoldos LASO only uses some of them, the "oficial" ones. the new ones are technically not allowed
