I seriously can't wait for Skids to get here. Who knows? We might even get when these guys looked like when they were sharing an old-style ice cream truck for an alt mode with Skids being the front and Mudflap being the back before they got an alt mode for themselves.
The whole Human Alliance line from 2009 had full interiors. Also the 2006 Alternators line did a pretty good job of having opening doors/hoods and full interiors. But Hasbro has fallen off hard since then. 2010 was absolute peak and it's all downhill since.
My favorite bayverse characters were the twins. Anyone calling them racist stereotypes and not anything similar to mator from cars is just looking to find a connection to something that doesn't exist.
The twins were great characters I just wish they didn't randomly appear off screen after fighting devestator. I also want Hasbro to make a figure of them like I don't think anyone is coming down on them hard enough to cancel them. I like how they are both built like dwarfs in spacesuits but they got a ton of power.
This is good, 8/10. But it just doesn't blow out of the water Human Alliance. That's still a great toy for 15 years old. But I'll def still buy these twins. No major complaints.
Third-party toy companies don't have licenses for officials, like Chevrolet. The best they can do is make the toy into that vehicle without their iconic logos.
Interestingly, when I compared the images from the movie, whether in robot mode or vehicle mode, there were very few similarities aside from the colors and heads.
