Pile 2: Reem it was uncanny, when you turned over 4swords, I thought its just like visiting the royal tomb in the Egyptian Museum. Then, you went on to say the same thing! I'm listening up! Interestingly, my son is half Egyptian! I always follow intuition over logic. I'm continually grateful, one thing I have achieved is setting up the 1st Operating Theatre (OR) in a GP practice in the UK. That was 12yrs ago. They're now all over. However, no recognition! But, my own satisfaction is more than enough! I now help families with law & families like myself who have a cardiac sick child. Putting it all into basic language to help them understanding, what questions to ask, taking pressure off them, filling in forms etc.

I often asked myself and everyone who could hear it "why am I here ?". I wasn't supposed to be born : to sum it up quickly, the doctors said my mother couldn't physically have another child, she went through dangerous procedures to see if I was healthy, my father didn't want me ... but here I am. I went through many trauma, especially in my childhood, I tried to harm myself permanently so many times and yet I'm still here ... it must be for a reason ... right ?

Pile one for me, and you are picking up on a lot that is happening in my life work wise. One thing that stood out to me is you stated during the reading that "no one left behind" our motto for work is "No one left behind" it is written on our shits, on our website, paperwork we send out, everything. When I heard you say those words it gave mee goose bumps.
