Growing up femininity felt like a goal, not something inherent. In a way, I’d given up. With pcos and the stresses of life… I see it a lot with women in my community and it breaks my heart. I have a much more wholistic and affirming view of it now, but just thinking of all those years spent searching for something that was already mine… man.

Same, I had my period at 10 girl!! I think feminine energy has to come back to us, for us to take power of our lives as women.
Its just so relatable to me, Just haven’t found a guy who’s able to take a lead, So I can feel relaxed which leads to disappointments.

Just found your channel, and I was immediately drawn to the title 🌻 I’m starting to realice my feminine energy is rising, and it’s quite funny the fact that we share a similar story about Mexican background, childhood dynamics, and a relationship with a European man that started making us feel secure (!) I completely agree with you, it is important to never forget our essence, and also to maintain an equilibrium between our masculine and feminine sides. Thank you so much for sharing this! 💕

When I had an eye infection I made my green tea and held the tea bag to it after steeping. I held the warm tea bag to my eye for a couple minutes 2-3 times a day and it was completely gone in a few days.
A new tea bag each time ofc :)
