Holy cow. Borborygmus is a legendary creature in Magic the Gathering. I just went down a whole rabbit hole after learning this was an actual word. Come to find out, its also an onomatopoeia. Supposedly the rumbling of the stomach "sound" is replicated by the pronunciation of borborygmus... It's been an interesting past 15 minutes.

The actual quote is, "when words fail, sounds can often speak."
