Russ would be better off moving up a weight class, his strength in the off season @ 198 -205 is absurd when compared to what he is doing in a meet at 181. Pretty sure his best lifts were 765-441-765 in the off season hovering around 198 and his numbers have always just gotten better in each off season @ that weight too. Lots of people due this to prevent injuries in the case of a bailed lift. I was at a meet in 2016 where a guy had both forearms fractured by a new lifter (with an oly background, so it was instinct for him) bailing on an almost 600lb squat.
