I have to hand it to you Brian because you definitely kept the whining down even though it was warranted. With all the money they make you would think they could give you a free alcoholic beverage. I've played at the Hard Rock in Tampa but at that time I was not a keno player. I've always thought the Hard Rock was a nice hotel and casino but a difficult place to win!
